   I recently stayed here for two nights whilst here on business. My stay was very reasonably priced for the location which was both well placed for dining options and easy to drive to and from. The studio apartment suitably sized for my needs, decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Free parking is available at the rear of the building and I had no trouble getting a space, but if there’s no availability, I believe on-street parking is possible within certain hours (overnight?). If I return to Bristol, I will be looking to stay at Alison Court again and if you’re thinking of doing so, I’d recommend it.

   The flat was small but nicely furnished. The bathroom is modern, pristine clean and with a good working power shower and this is something very rare to find in the UK. No carpets anywhere. Hurray!!! I haven't used the kitchen but I checked the oven, and the refrigerator and were clean.

   Everything just perfect for a business traveller but would also really suit weekend/ leisure stays as so close to everything that is good about Bristol but in a good quiet spot. Place is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely return!

   Did “online check in” the evening before arrival, and downloaded the Livvi App for the electronic key, as recommended by Alison Court. All went well, we got an offroad parking space in the allocated parking area. Entry to building and apartment worked well with no problem (which is good for me as I am new to using a smart phone as an electronic key). The apartment was bright, clean and fresh. The owners/management had very kindly left us an anniversary card and some chocs as we were staying for a special occasion, which was a delightful touch. We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time exploring Bristol. On our last full day there, the lounge light switch decided to stop working and we couldn’t turn the lights off. All was resolved that evening without any inconvenience to ourselves. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend it.

   The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was great. The only issues were the shower curtain was disgusting, as it smelt stagnant and needs replacing. The mattress was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. You could do with investing in fitted sheets and much less lumpy pillows.

   Very tricky admission process - so many emails! No hot water in bathroom or sink - shower uk but flooded the floor ! One normal tea bag only so had to buy our own - not everyone lives on green tea of which there were plenty!

   When we arrived, it was early so we rang and were told the room was ready. we went to drop our bags off, but the beds were not made and there was hair over the mattress. we presumed it was a mistake and because the cleaning staff were in the apartments, we returned our bags to the car and went into Bristol for a wander. we returned later to find the room still in the same state. after a few phone calls we were given another room which was uncleaned and then given a third room. This seemed clean; however, the oven was dirty and so were the chopping boards. we didn't intend to eat so decide to stay there for the night. The assistant on the phone was very apologetic and did offer us another apartment block but we were loathed to move across Bristol at that late hour. Cleaning staff they use leave a lot to be desired!

   Apartment 3 Alison House Bristol The flat smelt of cigarettes despite having the windows open all evening. The pillows and bed was very uncomfortable. The shower walk in doesnt have a curtain or rail so water goes all ove the floor no matter how careful one is. The book in process is such a kerfuffle having do upload identification and then downloading an app to get a electronic door key. The TV although large in size was on old model incompatible to stream and alike. Not the best place to stay for the above reasons.
