    We were greated by the owner, which was really nice. They were extremely relaxed and let us enjoy looking around. Fixtures and the style is very much my style, so I felt at ease. Everything was nice and clean, and of great quality. Just my preference, and this doesn't take the 5 stars away, but I'd have liked to have the lights on the Christmas tree and candles and the bedding to be less noisy. We will definitely try and book into the hotel and leave the children at home next time. Thank you very much.

    One of the best B&Bs we've stayed it - a beautiful, charming building, very comfortable bedroom with lots of thoughtful touches. One of the very few hotel rooms I've ever had which had hooks on the back of the door and the bathroom door. We were very grateful for the fan as it was a hot day. Breakfast was delicious and we were also able to use the breakfast room to eat a takeaway supper we had brought with us. The cute dog Fergus was a bonus!

    We only stayed one night in The Nook on a self catering basis while visiting family nearby. The room was so lovely, peaceful and comfortable. There small kitchenette had all you would need to prepare a decent meal with a table & two chairs tucked away. Plenty of cups, glasses etc & also some milk/tea/coffee in the room which was really appreciated. There are lots of space saving ideas in the room which are really clever. The bathroom was a decent size too & the shower had great pressure. There was parking available & we felt very welcomed. We will stay again next time we visit & could imagine easily staying there for longer. The owners were very welcoming, accommodating & gave us an insight into the history of the buildings. Great communications too. Would recommend stayed here.

    We booked a two night stay at The Old Parsonage so that we could visit Bath and we are so glad that we did. We stayed in the Edward room which was spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and cosy with a lovely big bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic and our hosts were so friendly and helpful with some useful tips for our visit to Bath.

    Everything was perfect! Comfortable, spacious, with little touches that made us feel really welcome from the start, and thoroughly looked after! Great bedding, comfortable spacious beds and rooms, cosy and relaxing stay for my Dad's 75th birthday. He was really impressed and we all enjoyed a great weekend together at the Old Parsonage. We stayed in the Old Stables, renovated into a lovely self-catering place. En-suite bathrooms with both bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, great wifi, beautiful view of the main house across the courtyard through the immense stable doors. Spotlessly clean, everything working and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more from a weekend away with the family. Thanks so much!

    I'm a bit of a critic - but when something is great it just is! This is a fabulous place to stay- quality and detail in every element! Nothing was missing- every item thoughtfully included to make our stay easy, enjoyable and beautiful - all made better by James who was extraordinarily helpful and a wealth of knowledge concerning the local area! Made us feel so welcome! Super clean and tastefully done! Worth booking if anywhere near the area! Will be returning! Also, awesome shower and bedding and thoughtful items especially for our pooch!
