   Stayed here prior to early morning flight from Bristol Airport. Arrived early evening in dark - not too easy to find in country lanes but managed it. Number of cars parked in area to front of accommodation but managed to get my car in. Christine was there to welcome me and show me the room. Large ensuite double room with settee as well. Welcome tray with tea, coffee etc and biscuits. Double-checked all the details as was being taken to airport in morning and leaving my car there for a week. Payment in cash only. All went smoothly with transfer to airport, and given card with details of number to ring on return and the pick up point. Return transfer went without a hitch - only a short wait at drop-off/pick-up car park.

   A very welcoming couple. A spotlessly clean comfortable property with lots of little added extras. Perfect drop off and pick up from the airport. Would definitely use again.

   Do not use!!!!! Terrible service I have just returned from a 2 week holiday and collected my car. I should have checked it for any scratches before i left his property but with two young children and with the company owner seeming genuine i didnt. On unloading my car at home i noticed white paint scratch marks on the front nearside bumper that were not there when i left the car in the companies care. On phoning the owner i told him the issue and he point blank denies any knowledge and refused it could have been his responsibility. I asked if the car had been moved and he advised me the car had been moved to another compound and when i questioned if other people had access he was very defensive and stated it was my word against his and even stated it was my responsibility even though the car had been left with him to look after for 14 days. The attitude i recieved during the phone call was shocking and unprofessional, he was angry and rude. If you leave your car with this company i would advise you take photos of your vehicle before leaving it tk avoid the dillema i have been left with.

   Excellent Bed and Breakfast with exceptional customer care. I had to change my booking several times because of an emergency operation and everyone was flexible and helpful. John even sent me an item I forgot in the room within a day. Very friendly couple and very, very generous breakfast. Will definetely use again. Transport to the airport is effortless.
