À nice quiet campsite with plenty of room and no crowding. Facilities lovely and clean. Relaxed. Eco friendly.

Arrived and met the proprietors who are kind and helpful, had a good laugh with them! Field is well kept, the showers are hot and the amenities are perfect for an overnight or two. Highly recommend as camping spots are few and far between in that area.

As a backpacker I was quoted £15 by the lady who co-owns the site, her husband tried charging me £20 before I reminded him of what I'd been quoted. Not sure what the 'official' price is. For £15 it's a good place to camp, though the ground seemed hard as nails to put my pegs through. The toilets and showers are brilliant, and the common room area has one spare socket outlet for charging things. For £15 I would recommend.

Great location and huge shout out to Dave who came to check in with us on arrival and tell us about the site and local area. When we needed a fire pit and another bag of wood later on he had no issues with promptly coming to us. The site is lovely and peaceful and we will definitely be back.

My family and I have just spent the most amazing 2 nights at Ashen Plains campsite in our campervan. Small, relaxed, quiet campsite with lovely views of the surrounding field and horses. Great amenities. Shower/toilet block very clean. The only thing missing was a washing machine. But that didn't impact our stay. The sun was shining, the other guests were very friendly and the site secure for children to play and off lead dogs. Dave is so friendly and chilled and made sure we had everything we needed. If we were local, we'd definitely stay again!

I could not rate this campsite more highly. The bathrooms and common room were clean and of good standard. The cost of the site was reasonable and the ow era ensured they do not take to many people so as to allow people space from each other. Owners were incredibly hosts, I will definitely return

Fantastic little site. Very quiet and away from roads. Site is off grid, has its own power and water. Very clean bathroom facilities with hot showers and sinks. General washing up for kitchen utensils and a common room available with log burner to shelter in the evening and charge devices. Owner very friendly and thorough.

Off grid campsite, super friendly, lovely wild flower meadows, woodland walk nearby and heated, covered lido/swimming pool nearby. Enclosed by woodland and some Shetland ponies in site. Shared room with tables and chairs and log burner when rainy and cold, much less smelly than campfire. Toilets clean and I always managed to get a hit shower.

Beautiful tranquil place. No electric hook up didn't matter. spotless showers and toilets. Beautiful farm animals in fields around site. Lovely owner couldn't do enough for you. Even had lovely wild flowers all around toilets, washing up facility and communal room, fire lit for extra warmth on rainy morning. Would highly recommend this site

Lovely campsite, in a great location just next to Dursely Woods sculpture trail, and a short walk to the new Inn pub. Really clean facilities, hot showers, and flowers in the toilets. Warm common room with wood available to light the stove. Spacious flat camping field, well kept short grass. Plenty if water taps, fire pits available. You can also see the farmers animals, cows, horses, sheep and pony's. Great place to go for a night or two with kids.
