My visit to The Duchess Belle was a thoroughly enjoyable experience that combined the charm of a traditional pub with a lively, modern atmosphere. Located in Battersea, the venue has a welcoming feel, with stylish interiors, cozy corners, and a vibrant buzz that makes it perfect for both casual drinks and social evenings. The food was excellent. The pub classics – from fish & chips to hearty burgers – were well‑cooked, generous in portion, and full of flavor. Seasonal specials added variety and showed thoughtful attention to fresh ingredients. The menu also offered vegetarian options, making it inclusive and balanced. The drinks selection was impressive, featuring local ales, craft beers, and a curated wine list. Everything felt carefully chosen to complement the food and enhance the overall experience. Service was friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff created a welcoming environment, offering recommendations and ensuring that guests felt looked after throughout the visit. What made the visit special was the combination of great food and drink, cozy atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. It felt less like a simple pub stop and more like a place to connect, relax, and enjoy Battersea’s community spirit. Overall, The Duchess Belle is a must‑visit in London – a pub that blends tradition with modern energy, offering delicious food, drinks, and a convivial atmosphere.

The location is very close — right across from the Battersea Power Station Underground station. The exterior design of the building is beautiful, and the interior is just as impressive. There’s a balcony upstairs, and downstairs at the back there’s a semi-open area where you can smoke, which is quite nice. The food is perfectly sufficient, the service is fast and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is great. They also show match broadcasts. I definitely recommend it — it’s one of the most authentic and pleasant pubs in the area.

Fabulous location near Battersea Tube. Inside lots of big screens for watching sports but theres also a front and rear garden, plus a first floor area that has a great terrace with view overlooking the Power Station. Plenty of stafff on duty and great customer service. Sundat roast was ok, not piping hot, the beef was a bit chewy and the roast potatoes hard not crispy. Still a good experience overall.

A really great find after our stroll around Battersea power station. Just across the main road on leaving the power station, the dDuchess Belle is a lovely example of an old English pub. We had the everyday breakfast which was very tasty, and a pint of Pride each. It was a pleasure to sit in the upstairs bar, in the open air, and enjoy this fine fare. I was nearly tempted to give it 5 stars but it was let down by the fact that my meal arrived with a pat of butter that had turned to liquid (of course I didn't know this) and when I opened it it emptied itself down my clothes. Sad, but I would happily return and visit this place again if I was in the area.

This pub is so cute, I love the theming and decor. The staff were also so lovely and the welcome drink was very much welcomed and a nice touch. Breakfast was cooked superbly but the option for a hot and cold drink would be appreciated. One major thing; it was crazy hot when we stayed, London was having a heatwave. Our room overnight was 31°C and impossible to sleep in as not even a window had been cracked prior to our arrival at 10pm. I know it's an old building with no AC, but prior preparation could've been done to ensure it was slightly cooler.

This is the sister site to the Griffin Belle (both south of the river) and you can instantly tell from the lovely decor when you arrive. They have friendly bar staff, a very comprehensive menu, and a great selection of beers, wines, and spirits. There’s sports playing on the TV and the staff are happy to change this at times. There’s also outdoor seating with heaters too.

Came with friends to the Duchess Belle to see all the football matches of the World Cup and the atmosphere did not disappoint! It was full but the service was still good. Had different beers recommended by the bartender. They have a back garden and, eventhough we did not order it, the food looked very tasty (will try it next time!). It is right in front of Battersea Power Station and the tube.

We came here for the Sunday Roast. The service and place is really nice however the food is not that great. I had the vegetarian roast, which was okay, I’d say 3.5/5, however the chicken roast contained bones and it wasn’t cooked amazingly. The parking is quite bad in the area as well. We might come back to try other meals, as the overall experience was good, but if you are looking for a roast I believe there are better places in the area.

Nice inside with a good walled garden. Lots of screens for sport. Service was a bit slow but courteous. Down side was the chicken burger I had. The chicken was burger shaped and fell apart when you cut it, never seen a chicken burger like it, it was also very very dry. This must have been a processed item. Didn’t taste like chicken either.
