“Throughout our travels, we have been fortunate to experience private tours of many cities and sites throughout the world. I can unequivocally state that the tour with Adrian was the best that we have experienced. Imagine taking a history class with your favorite professor and realizing that the class is over before you know it because it was so interesting, entertaining and informative. Adrian's years of experience in providing tours, his in-depth knowledge of London's history, and his consummate professionalism made for a wonderful tour. From the beginning of the tour and to the end, Adrian did not miss a beat. He greeted us on time, at the designated location, dressed professionally and ready to discuss our customized itinerary. If you don't have a preference, then he will suggest the sites that you shouldn't miss while in London. His level of experience becomes readily evident as he navigates the streets of London by minimizing traffic areas and through his uncanny ability to find parking in the most difficult areas. Unlike many private tours that limit their involvement to a drop off and pick up at various sites, Adrian personally guided us through the site and provided informative and entertaining information for each site. Other tour companies charge extra for such services. Throughout the day, Adrian's continuing efforts to create the most enjoyable, informative and efficient tour for my family became readily evident. From offering suggestions on where we can save time so as to maximize the number of sites, to going out of his way to park in the shade so that we can return to a cooler vehicle, his efforts were much appreciated. We went on a few other private tours in other locations during this trip to Europe, and none of those came close to the quality, experience and value of our tour with Adrian. “It was my first tasting menu experience ever and I have to say that it was a delightful. The (dream) team: - Joanna was very kind since the beginning; - Chef Patron Sebastian Rast and his team made a great job in kitchen. Very quiet and effective. Absolutely masters! The food: I totally destroyed the wrong concept about gourmet food (gourmet is tasteless or/and not fulfilling). Every single dish was an explosion of flavours. Absolutely stunning! “A must visit for anyone who wants to see our rich tradition of pubs in East London before it's too late. Don't just pose outside making TikTok videos, get yourself multiple pints of beer and make sure you have a good old chinwag with as many people as you can around the tables before getting hoofed out onto the cobbles at closing time. Piano night on a Monday is a great buzz. This place is the only pub I know in inner city London serving Crouch Vale and it's very nice. The ESB will also give you some old strong London flavours if you've never had it before. The staff are cool and I want to see this place stay the same for another 100 years.”

“If you are looking for a no frills room that is in a superb location, this hotel is for you. I only stayed one night for business. When I checked in I was feeling terrible and I arrived early. Check in wasn't for another hour, I was going to cancel my room and book at another Marriott since I have status and usually can check in early. The young lady working at the front desk was super helpful and saw that I wasn't feeling well, I didn't catch her name I wish I had because she sprung into action. She told me to have a seat and she was going to see what she could do to help. She was so kind and empathetic and was able to get me into a room quickly so I could rest. I appreciated that gesture beyond belief! The room was clean, no frills, just a bed, small bathroom and necessities. If you've ever stayed on a cruise ship, the rooms are exactly that of a cruise ship. The location is across the street from Victoria train and underground station with food and transportation. Even though it was only for one night, it was a wonderful experience with Marriott hospitality that makes me continue to be a loyal customer.”

“This is the third time I've been to the Harry Potter tour as its just so good, ove taken my daughter, friends and famiky back there. I dont think the tickets arw that expensive for whatbyou get and yes the shop os ridiculously over priced but yoi dont nees to buy anything and quite frankly if You do you will be spending half an hour of your day in the line waiting to pay so I'd rather buy something anywhere else or these days everywhere else. “This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first! Located on the 38th floor, the views are incredible, and the whole atmosphere feels special. The service is top-notch — the staff are always so friendly and helpful, really making you feel looked after. The food is outstanding — the sea bass, the sushi, everything was absolutely on point. It’s one of those places where every dish tastes fresh and full of flavour. Definitely one of my favourite spots for a treat meal!”

“I have been to this pub a few times.since the new manager took over (i think he has been managing for around 8 months now). They are a very friendly community based team. Today for example a lady in a wheel chair was outside and asked me.to let.thr staff kmow she needed help. Thr manager immediately let.me tell him even though he was really busy. Came out straight away and mads the lady feel special and supported. He even tried to find a comfy seat available for her and one that was not high. When I have been here before the manager was again very chatty and explained he wamts customers.tk feel special and valued. He certainly has achieved this. The ither staff also are friendly and always approachable. You will be served here quickly as they make customers a priority.the food is amazing too.”

“5 minute walk from Victoria Station. It is in a quiet residential area with a lovely hot breakfast daily. The room price is high for a very small room BUT the breakfast is high quality and adds so much value. Bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is staff available to get ice or linen. The restaurant is only open for the breakfast but does offer alcoholic drinks at night. Beds were very comfortable but there is literally very little space to walk or stand in the room. The proprietor is independent and should be supported for not joining a hotel chain. I recommend The Windermere”

“We were very satisfied with our stay at Motel One Tower Hill. The hotel is modern, quiet, and perfectly located to explore London. The only thing that might be a matter of personal preference is that the windows cannot be opened. Apart from that, everything was excellent. We definitely recommend it!”

“Great hotel! Lovely, nice sized rooms, well appointed. The hotel also has a super convenient grab-n-go market that also sells some fun goodies, and it’s not terribly overpriced. The high tea is a standout! It’s themed and fabulous! My favorite high tea, it’s served in their beautiful, intimate restaurant with live piano music, fun street views, and wonderful service! A fantastic place for afternoon tea!! The tea and offerings are extremely plentiful and then on top of that they send you home with two large pieces of cake!!! All beautifully boxed up—it’s amazing. Great service overall for the entire hotel and experience. Only drawback is the location on the street with no real crosswalk, it’s scary coming and going with crazy traffic.”

“My girlfriend and I decided to get tattoos while on vacation. Stopped in the Crystal Palace location and was greeted immediately. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Our Artists Eddy did a great job. He listened to what we wanted and when we came back to our appointment had great options for us to choose from. The design for my tattoo had much more detail than the initial draft. When he began to run over the time he quoted he told me I would not be charged extra. As time continued to pass he did not rush. Towards the end he even added in a few more small details and finishing touches to make it better. Through everything he was nice and very easy to talk to. His attention to detail and dedication to his art and clients is top notch. In the end I got much more than I paid for and left with amazing art. Definitely would recommend this shop if you are in the area and looking for great work in a comfortable atmosphere.”

It was a great experience from the moment we walked through the door.The food was AMAZING, great taste, flavour, presentation. “Wow.....What a fantastic meal! - the offer with First Table is exceptional value for money. We ate like royalty and did not hold back.....nibbles, starters, sushi and mains - everything was simply delicious!! I highly recommend the Tuna Tostadas to start, what an immense way to get your taste buds going - the tuna was so fresh and the lovely hint of heat from the jalapeños.....yum! Other highlights were the Red Prawn Truffle - so light and yet packed with intense flavours and also the Spicy Buttermilk Chicken Karaage - so crispy and juicy. The Black Miso Cod of course was a true delight, with that deep, rich flavour coming throb with each bite - the slight charring on the edges giving a nice texture. If you have room for dessert, the Passionfruit Creme Brulee was stunning, beautifully presented, served with little diced cubes of fruit and tasted sublime. To note, the service was impeccable - our server was friendly, attentive, helpful and genuine.
