Very quick to respond to any questions, knowledgeable, professional and made every effort to accommodate requests we made. They went out of their way, to help us make the process as pain-free as possible.
Excellent service throughout the selling process, plenty of viewings from the off until it sold. Lily was professional and helpful, all through the process and always returned my call if she happened to be out of the office. Polite and welcoming and made me feel that the selling process was in good hands. I cannot fault Baron property services, all staff were helpful when I needed answers. We didn’t sell via barons but bought a property they had up. Upon completion on 7/05/25 we had just had a newborn and the team were very accommodating and even got us some bodysuits for our baby which was a really nice gesture. Thank you so much!
Our selling process was not straightforward and took much longer than we expected due to the market forces but the whole team at Barons fully supported us throughout a fraught year . Our first buyers dropped out just before exchange and we had to start from scratch . Once the property went straight back up the team went full out to secure us another sale . Louise was hugely experienced in bringing the sale to exchange and managed expectations across all parties . Lily marketed our property beautifully . The brochure she produced was stunning and she kept us fully informed with feedback from viewings within 24 hrs . She took great care to inform prospective buyers within our price range and was energetic and proactive in securing viewings .
Horrendous experience with Barons. Failed at due diligence checks, exaggerated the truth when it came to advising us the position of the people who wanted to purchase our house which ended up with the transaction inevitably falling through and costing us money. Failed to take responsibility for anything, the staff in there all had the same attitude and I'd literally never recommend them to anyone. I'm not normally in to writing reviews but this is one that had to be done, if only to save others going through what we have. Would not recommend.
Barons have been superb over the past 5 months, from initially marketing my property to completion. They provided a competitive quote and managed the viewings whilst I was on holiday. The staff communicated well with me throughout the whole process and went over and above to get everything through. The whole team were amazing, but a massive thanks to Christine and Louise!
The staff at Barons dealt with the sale of my property in a very professional manner keeping me informed over the protracted sale of the property. I cannot thank them enough. You can easily use an online company which would be cheaper but I feel that you would not get the personal and professional touch that I experienced with all the staff at Batons. All staff were equally brilliant.
