Being racially profiled and followed around the shop was not something I expected today. Your security guard made it painfully clear there was only one reason he was targeting me while ignoring everyone else. To make matters worse, your till operator tried to gaslight me about what happened. The whole experience was humiliating and unacceptable.

We had a very bad experience in this Boots, usually the staff are nice in others. The first person raised her voice slightly to my mom telling her the cashier was over that side. The second was the bigger reason of writing this review (younger person with mask at cashier desk) . They refused to give me a student discount eventhough I am a student and showed her my ID. Actually we were 3 students and rushed us away which makes it ironic. Time stamp: Saturday 4th Oct- 2pm

I’ve been a customer for decades in this store and much more recently have found it to be incredibly intimidating to be in. The security guard patrols the floor like you’ve committed a crime by even being in there and the staff are always so judgemental and rude too. I used to enjoy shopping here and also be able to buy a MUCH wider stock of men’s toiletries but not anymore sadly. I really loathe having to shop here and that’s a great shame because I truly never used to feel like that. I’m unable to get to another store aswell, if I was, I would.

WARNING! Don't buy prescription medicines here, they will inflate hugely the price, specially if you are a foreigner. Best to use online options where you can get prescription medicines after a short questionnaire. They wanted to charge my girlfriend £70 for a 3£ medicine I found online, then I went to ask for the price and they told me they really said £25 (still super inflated), these guys are really abusers.

After a few bad Pharmacy experiences trying to source an out of stock HRT medication, I ended up at Boots Queens Road on Saturday 3rd May. Both the assistant and pharmacist were extremely helpful, understood about an SSP, and ordered In some medication for me. They also added me to a text alert system, so I would know when my medication had arrived.

I would give it no stars, the prescription is never ready, the pharmacist is late, having lunch or doesn't work after 17.00. I have stopped using them for my prescriptions it just to frustrating. I know it's a chain but this one has to be one of the worst Boot's in Bristol. The staff here must be trained to ignore the queue, never say sorry for the delay and how not to communicate to customers. Even a notice saying no pharmacist go to the nearest one would save a lot of frustration. But then that would mean doing something. Avoid for prescription service's

The worst run shop in Bristol. You couldnt find a worse boots if you tried. Always low in stock of most items. If there’s something you’re looking for you can be guaranteed they won’t have it. They randomly close the shop sometimes without warning, including their pharmacy which closes at 5.00 (shop closes at 6.30). Pharmacist regularly disappears for “consultations”. Avoid if you can.

This chemist is awful, rude lazy staff. They let you stand in the queue and Serve at a snails pace then when it’s 5pm they close regardless that you have been queuing. You need to keep the pharmacy open till 6 when people are on their way home from work . My prescription got there Saturday and still not ready Monday night . Will never use this place again

Very rude female member of staff on the pharmacy/till today with dark hair and glasses, middle aged. I went up to the till to purchase something and she greeted me with a very stern look and no acknowledgement of my “Hello”. She was chatting to another member of staff at the time so it was as if my presence had annoyed her by pulling her from her conversation. I asked if I could purchase some sleeping tablets and she replied in an irritable manner that she couldn’t serve me because the pharmacy closes at 5pm. That’s perfectly fine but why so rude? Don’t work in a shop if you can’t deal with even nice customers!
