   I wanted to leave a review to say how grateful i am to the lovely people working at this club. A week ago or so I went to La Rocca for the first time. I was having a great time, good atmosphere and great music.. but then disaster struck when I lost my phone!! Being a broke student in no position to replace something so expensive, I panicked a lot. I cried real tears to the bouncers, and they helped me look for my phone while I totally freaked out. They were very kind to me and let me in and out while I spoke to my friends and asked them to call my phone. Eventually they managed to reunite me with my phone (and the very hungry caterpillar case!) and I cried a lot more. The lovely woman working in the office also let me give her a big hug and made sure I was okay before I went on my way. Thank you so much for helping me out of what would have otherwise been a catastrophic night!!!!

   Went to this club, the club lost my coat and gave my coat out to the wrong person. I was treated disgracefully by the owner and bouncer on the night. After going back and fourth on emails the owner said he ‘wasn’t able to send me the money via bank transfer’ and I would have to collect the cash. The owner knowing I wasn’t from the area and live 2 and a half hours away said I had to personally collect the cash. When I asked my friend who is a student in the area to see if she would be able to grab the jacket the owner then barred her for life from the club. Terrible service and the way they treat a young girl that night shouldn’t be ignored.

   3 gays turn up and you can guess what happens.. apparently too drunk, surprising as I was chatting to Andy about a mutual friend and he advised me to go into the queue for entry and surprisingly .. refused.

   Came here for my daughter's quincenera! had a lovely time. She didn't get in which is l a shme (because she is 15 - even though her dance was very good) Overall lovely experience. bin voyager

   I would give even less stars if I could. The bouncers there are shocking and waiting to kick someone out if they don’t like the look of you. Weird night only about 2 other people there, I can see for why, would not recommend to an enemy.

   This club is a sure way to get the London experience in Bristol although the bouncers are unreasonably aggressive. They shoved an older lady to the floor and she lost consciousness an was bleeding from.her head.

   Bouncers won’t tell you it’s cash only for entry to waste you time, then get mad when you confront them about it. And even separated a lone female from her friends for a power trip!!! Don’t spend money here! Go to brass pig round corner ... it’s free, better vibes and music!!!

   Possibly the worst experience I have had in a club. Myself and four other girls (who I did not know) had our phones stolen from our bags on Friday 12th February. Having noticed my phone had been taken, and searched the floor for a while, I proceeded to find and tell the manager and bouncers of my situation. During this time, I bumped into two other girls in floods of tears who had also had their phones taken. The bouncers were completely hopeless and it was obvious they did not give a monkeys. They continued to tell me they were “searching people” but when I looked to watch, they were not doing much at all. I am not saying it is their fault that there was someone in the club stealing phones, however, they have been extremely unhelpful in the aftermath. Myself and a few of the other girls have been trying to get access to CCTV however, the club has been extremely unhelpful and will not help us review footage, saying it will be hard to see anything. If you go to this club, be prepared for your phone to be stolen and for no help trying to track down the criminals. Will not be returning!!

   Possibly the worst clubbing experience I’ve ever had. 11th December 2021, this club clearly exceeded its capacity to an extend it became a health risk to everyone on the dance floor. With the capacity significantly over the limit, the atmosphere became extremely aggressive with constant barging and elbowing into the backs of customers. Whilst the night went on the more drunk people became, therefore the shoving became more intense, leading to multiple confrontations amongst the crowd. To my amaze, people were still allowed to come into the club when clearly it was incredibly overcrowded to the point you could not move. Due to the bad atmosphere and aggressive nature of this place we decided to leave at 1:15am, which the club were still letting people in. My group is between 21 - 27 Year olds, we are used to busy clubs and raves, but this was a completely different level of a club being rammed to the extreme, and when full of of drunk people, this leads to unpredictable behaviour. The first time I came here, it was also rammed but not to this level, I will not being going here ever again and I also advise anyone reading this to avoid this club as it will ruin your night. On a positive note, I will say, my encounter with many of the bouncers was a good experience.

   This is such a fun place with great music and really reasonably priced drinks- a hidden gem! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming from the security to the bar staff to the managers I actually lost my card wallet and emailed on a Sunday when I realised Andy replied within an hour letting me know they had it and made it very easy for me to arrange pick up (Such a relief) When I went to pick them up I wasn’t feeling well and they gave me a bottle of wine as a get well soon gift ( when really I should have been giving them gifts for all the effort they went to helping me get my cards back!!) So professional with the safe storage of my credit cards and ensuring they were appropriately signed out and ID checked! If I could give more than 5*s I would!
