The dance floor is too small but the dj was great so it was fun. The staff continuously kept forcing me to wear my shoes on the dance floor though I told them I have a shoe bite and I'm not comfortable dancing with my shoes on. They have some weird rules, I don't know what's the logic.

A shame really as the place isn’t too bad… would be nice if they found the love in their heart to pay their staff for the hard work they do!!! Absolutely disgusting how someone can work for you for a month and get paid for none of it! Even though it had been brought to your attention multiple times! So basically avoid at all costs! None of the money you spend in the establishment is used for staff wages!

Lizzy is an asset to the Mbargo team. She made us feel so welcome and she is a fabulous. Not only is she a beautiful girl but she also has a beautiful soul. I will be coming back again just to be served by Lizzy ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Price for double malbui and coke was disgusting! £10.50 and there was 1 shot in the tiniest glass ever! Bar tender was really rude. Definitely not the best nightclub in Bristol

Violent and awful behaviour from the door staff. The Nightclub hasn't addressed the situation which is extremely worrying. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A SAFE ENOYABLE NIGHT.

Not a particularly nice bar, music was okay at best and door staff were intimidating. Also felt like a piece of meat. Won’t be returning

Videos shown online of the bouncers of Mbargo’s using completely unreasonable force against men & women. Punching and throwing customers off steps when they are simply talking to a bouncer about an incident is dangerous & hopefully will be punished by law accordingly.

Went there on a bit of a whim, me and my friends are from Cardiff and had no idea where to go but honestly ended up having a class night. Small place but enough room to dance, okay priced drinks and some good tunes. Bouncers were also top lads very nice people. Will be going back for another iconic night.

Doormen wouldn't initially let us in because "too many of us were male" and there were only 4 females. Don't know what sort of behaviour that's encouraging , but they are extremely rude. Eventually the bouncer changed his mind after mentioning we'd report this. Bar itself is pretty average, make it better by getting better door staff that aren't power hungry air heads.
