   Just been in store this evening to sort an exchange of lots of Bears clothing - brought as Xmas gifts but when arrived the sizing was out on every item! Annoyingly I then had to travel back to store which is a 40 minute drive as they don’t do online exchange…. However the lad that served me in store was absolutely fantastic. He exchanged item by item to make sure everything was right and went rummaging in the storeroom to find me items in sizes that I needed they weren’t out on the shelf. I explained that one of the items was the only thing on my daughters Santa list and he was so accommodating in helping me. Had an issue with a few tops that we couldn’t exchange like for like as the store didn’t have either the same top in or the right size in stock however this was not his fault. I didn’t get his name but their were lots of staff floating around to witness, so he should be able to be identified and given a big Christmas bonus!

   The store is nice in terms of products and quality, a bit pricey as all official team stores. They could have a clearance session with leftovers from previous seasons and the staff could be friendlier and be more proactive on offering help, I got the feeling they avoid eye contact and hide behind the counter.

   Been a week since ordering a full youth home kit online for my nephews birthday, still currently showing as processing, have emailed to ask for an update and no response, also tried to call and just goes to answerphone, on reading the comments on here it appears others have had similar issues recently. Email sent to the supporters trust, as seems to be a common and recurring theme that needs to be sorted! Not good enough leaving fans in limbo when they have paid money for an item!

   Still waiting for my sons birthday present which was ordered on the 15th AUGUST, it’s only their bench coat so nothing is getting personalised this time and still a massive wait, don’t answer the phone and like others have said the answer phone is full so can’t leave a message, they don’t reply to emails either. Very poor service. And not the first time this has happened to us, won’t be using your online store again

   Good store with match kit, training kit, leisurewear, and souvenirs for Bristol City and Bristol Bears. Also products for Bristol Flyers. Helpful and friendly staff. Will be extremely busy on every matchday. The place you need to go to collect any Away Tickets on non-matchdays. Any collections of kit on a matchday; I would advise going to the pop-up stool outside of the sportsbar. If you're lucky you might bump into Scotty Murray!

   Staff friendly , well kept store however major lack in Bristol flyers merchandise. A tiny little area with minimal sizing. Hopefully when the flyers new stadium is at Ashton gate fan merch will be taken more seriously like other Bristol sports clothing etc

   Great store. Very clean, always well stocked and laid out. Staff are always very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Wayne is especially helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help you get the item that you wanted. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area and is looking for some Robins Merchandise!

   Staff in the shop we’re extremely helpful last night ordered two away shirts for click and collect that my kids wanted to wear for the game last night didn’t get the order ready email but they went out and got it ready for us so the kids could have them for the game. Cheers guys made their night. Bloke who served my girlfriend was great also.
