   These guys offer a truly A grade service going above and beyond throughout my bike purchase, making it a great experience. They offered brilliant service to help me get it dialled in exactly how I wanted it, sourcing parts and swapping bits out. They even delivered the bike in person!! Chris is a really great, genuine guy, who really wanted to make sure the bike is right for me and was really helpful and didn’t lay on a heavy sell.

   Staff are incredibly helpful and the service was amazing. Recently purchased a bike with them which unfortunately had a small mark in the paintwork, not the fault of the staff at Total Fitness. The staff went above and beyond to unsure I was happy by touching up the paint as well as offering goodwill. Would definitely recommend and will definitely speak to the staff here when in the market for a new bike again.
