Ordered some TRX items on Apr. 30 and today (August 2nd) I still haven't received the last item. I've tried to contact them by replying to the order confirmation email - it bounced back. I've tried to fill in the contact form on the homepage - no reply. I've called them multiple times - each time getting promises they do not keep: 1st time they promised to send the item the following week (did not happen); 2nd time they promised to call me back (did not happen); 3rd time they promised to call me back, but instead they sent me an email later in the day asking me what I was missing. They promised to send the missing item the following week, but still haven't received the item! The other items arrived after 3 weeks of waiting without any updates from Wicked Fitness, and the delivery note didn't mention anything about the missing item or incomplete order delivery. I would strongly advise against dealing with this company.
