Ordered a custom head cover from them 3 months ago. Communication was great with prompt replies until I placed the order and paid for it. Since then I’ve heard nothing despite numerous attempts at contact. There is no way to contact them other than online and no response. Seems like they are happy to take your money then ghost you
Edit: I'm not sure if it's because of my review, but my putter cover finally turned up! And it actually looks great. Which is kind of a shame, because the experience has been terrible when it didn't need to be. There was no communication to say why there was a delay, just some auto-notifications about delivery. I still don't think I'd recommend this company unless there was some sort of response to all of the negative reviews here. Don't order from this company! Stopped replying after order placed. Should've paid more attention to reviews.
Total lack of communication. Telephone number is out of operation and no reply from email address. Luckily paid through PayPal so got full refund. Assume no longer in business but website still up and running and accepting orders. BEWARE.
Ordered from them before and received my headcovers in around 3 weeks. Have since ordered again and have had nothing but bother. No replies to emails asking where my delivery is, absolutely no acknowledgement whatsoever. What was supposed to be a gift around 2 months ago still hasn’t been received leaving me out of pocket given they haven’t bothered to reply to any of my emails

I had a great connection with Emma. Ordered my bespoke head covers. Waited patiently for 4 months due to problems on her side. Then she just ghosted me like a bad tinder date. I’m very disappointed.
Fantastic service on a custom putter cover. Just received finished product and I will miss the collaborative process and excellent service. Can't recommend them enough for a reasonably price way to add some flair to your bag. 100% happy.
Fantastic products!! I was looking to improve my bag with some nice head covers for a while but everything I found looked taccy and cheap. Took a bit of a punt with buying head covers for my driver, 3 wood and hybrid online at Scott Readman Concepts and it absolutely paid off. The quality is incredible and far better than anything I've come across before. Will definitely be buying more from Scott Readman Concepts.
