Check your pizza before you leave the store it let the delivery driver leave. 3 times in a row they have got some aspect of my order wrong.
After 45 mins, the order tracker stated “delivered” but my order had not been delivered. Called the store and was told the driver has been instructed to leave it outside the property (which I had not requested) - there was nothing there when i looked. Store said they would deliver a ‘new’ order, 15 minutes later the driver turned up but the food was freezing cold, implying that it had been left out in the cold outside an incorrect address. Verbal apologies but no compensation.
Poor customer service at this branch. Staff fully aware you are at the counter but continue to ignore you. They are more interested in continuing non-work related chit chat. A simple acknowledgement of the customer waiting would have gone a long way.

The lady at the phone was really nice, to be honest. However, the pizzas we ordered went straight in the food waste bin: The dough was not cooked properly for the one with standard base, and both of them had an awful smell, like out of date meat. When we've noticed that, I took the pizza slices from our sons plates, as there is no way they were having that rubbish for lunch... So we ended up with a huge dissapointment, a waste of money and 4 empty stomachs :/ Maybe it is not always like this, but we won't order again, that's for sure.
Fantastic delivery service from PJs Thornhill Rd staff yesterday afternoon. 18 pre-ordered pizzas delivered, piping hot and very tasty, on the dot of 5.30pm to feed a party of hungry Bulgarians and Brits! Would certainly recommend.
Third and last time we have ordered from here. We have given 2 chances, but last night was the last straw. Pizza 1, cheese and Tomato was ok, but Pizza2, all the meats was pretty bad. The meats were dried up and old and the garlic bread slices were cold and hard.
