Visited the Maes Y Coed store today, and was served by Millerton, a very polite, helpful and caring, young gentleman, working on the counter. I’m in recovery from brain surgery, and suffer with my mental health, and was having a tough day. Millerton looked after me, with his professional manor. Thank you

I visited this Domino’s today to order a large Meateor pizza. The store had signage advertising large carry-out pizzas for £12.99, but at the counter I was told the correct price was £14.00. I accepted the difference, but the inconsistency was disappointing. After waiting about 20 minutes, I received my order. When I requested an extra garlic dip, I was charged an additional 60p. I also asked for napkins and was handed a small roll of paper, which felt a bit unprofessional for a well-known brand. There were no chilli flakes available either. What concerned me most was the customer service and food-handling standards. One of the staff members appeared to be arranging toppings without gloves, which didn’t give me confidence in the hygiene practices. Additionally, the store has very limited space for anyone wishing to dine in—just a narrow counter along the wall with minimal seating. For a major global company like Domino’s, I expected a much better experience overall. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standard I’m used to, and I left quite disappointed. I hope the store addresses these issues moving forward.
I ordered 2 large pizzas and delivery was very fast and food was hot when it got here. Our driver Farhan was amazing and got here quickly
I had a really great experience here, didn’t hear any fights from the open zone, the staff was literally working with pleasure and as for the food. Exactly as it should be. Everything was clean inside the client zone and for the cooking zone i cam see al the equipment cleaned and the pizza is properly made. I am really glad for my choice to get a pizza from over here
I loved the pizza but not the coleslaw it needed more sugar/sweety taste
Had the 'pleasure' of being served by Amy today and I have to say her attitude was so negative and unhelpful. Customer service training clearly needed. She looked like she couldn't be bothered and how inconvenient it was to serve a customer. I'll be telling all of my colleagues to avoid this branch. Food ok - service needs a LOT to be desired! PS god forbid you ask for a dip to go in the pizza box cut out (they used to be included) - they are 50p extra which she was only to 'delighted' to inform me. Rude
Terrible service! took over a hour to receive my order delivery driver did not follow instructions and could not find my address which was clearly instructed. Rang bell after instructed not to! And did not say a word at the door Food was cold and not tasty Felt like a waste of hard earned cash. Portions are terrible.
Changed the cheese or sauce, so it tastes really sour now. They've also stopped nhs discount on deliveries, that have been going for years, but apparently don't exist anymore.
While Domino's Pizza is standard at all its sites, it is always nice to come to one of the quieter stores, as it means less waiting and less issues with other people in a small space. The food was great, the service speedy - what more could I ask!
