   Honestly how are they not closed down. When you take money with no intention of delivering the items people have paid their hard earned money for - it’s theft. Please don’t waste your time and money. They don’t care one bit about your custom and will continually lie when you ring them that the order is on its way…. When they know full well you’re never seeing that order.

   I don’t know what’s going on with this place anymore but it’s used to be good but now it’s terrible. 2-3 hour waiting times (but will tell you 30 mins on the app) so you can’t even make an informed decision! They need to start by being honest with the expected delivery time. Last time I will order as this has happened every time recently . Such a shame. We used to love caprinos

   Order a 20-30 quid order. Took nearly 4 hours before I gave up waiting and rang the store. They kept feeding me "it will be an extra 40mins" over and over through the Justeat app. Got shouted at because their delivery driver said I ignored him, which never happened. Then the guy in store told me he was outside right then, go and wait. I waited downstairs at the entrance to my flat complex for 45mins. The dude never showed up and suddenly they stopped answering the phone too. Rudeness was next lvl. Complete farce. Never got to eat and by the time this was all done it was far too late to get anything else. Waiting for my refund and just wanted to spread the word that this rude and useless take out ain't worth the box they wrap it in. Better alternatives are Mariano's pizza, Mo's pizza or Pizza Boi.

   They really do EPIC pizzas at Caprinos. This one I had is a 12 inch spicy beef, tandoori chicken, mushroom and Jalapeño pizza, with stuffed cheese and herbs crust. Very friendly staff working there. Highly recommend the white chocolate cookies for dessert as well.

   Delicious! We had a large pizza, jalapeño cream cheese and curly fries. The pizza was soooo good and so were the fries and jalapeños. Would recommend! Seemed very quiet for a Friday evening though!!

   Great Pizza, terrible website. Just phone them instead. Just be mindful that the new girl they have working there is as thick as a plank, so get her to repeat the order back to you or you'll just get a diet coke. Apart from that, really good Pizzas at a decent price.

   Honestly one of the only pizza places which does genuinely flavourful pizza. The ingredients used and crust, base, all of it is just perfect. The sides are also of magnificent quality. And the restaurant very kindly let us keep our order when we were sent it twice by accident, when they could’ve just taken them back and binned. Honestly care about their customers with gorgeous fast food.
