First time we ordered from here a few months ago there was at least 4 hairs found in the masala chips, re ordered again today only to get uncooked masala chips and there was something that I could only describe look like a tiny webbed looking foot ( im sure it wasnt) but it was disgusting, will not be ordering from here ever again.

Maybe they were having an off day, but standards are standards. Went on their website, order came to £22.41 for collection. Thought I’d be polite, ring them instead—same order, £23.41. Extra pound for picking up the phone and using a pen? Fair enough, maybe that’s the “service charge of civilisation.” I didn’t question it.
Arrive at the place, and he hands me some “free” papadums and two onion bhajis. Ahh, so that extra pound wasn’t for answering the phone—it was a donation to the “papadum & inion bhaji fund.” Transparency, mate, it’s not that hard.
Now, the food. My MIL just flew in from India, first takeaway she’s trying—should have been an introduction to culinary heaven. Instead, the veg curry was so bland it could have doubled as wallpaper paste, and the chicken curry? Full of onions. Honestly, “Onion Tikka Kharai” would’ve been more accurate.
Then there’s the naan. Should I talk about it, or should I let it fade quietly back to Tesco/Sainsbury/Asda—where it clearly came from?
Moral of the story: if it’s not busy, just close the damn shop instead of serving whatever sad, soggy parody of Indian food this is.

The food was cold, and they gave me onion bargies instead of a popatdoms, will never be ordering from here again! They was also asking me multiple times to give me them change after I already did . Rude workers, unbelievable!

First order was messed up missed off 2 rices and 1 sauce had to wait another 45 mins for them to redeliver, then once they did, demanded the rice from previous order back so we couldn’t compare the amounts in each tub, (left one recent order, right one first order)

Update 2023. Loving the online ordering service. Food is better than ever, don't be put off by low score. We've lived locally for 20+ years and have not found anywhere else as nice - keep going back! Seemingly more consistent, good quality, tasty. Waiting times increasing, but put that down to popularity. Would recommend.

Ordered for the 1st time on Just Eat, wanting a vindaloo, the restaurant called me up, with a ridiculous attitude, asked if I wanted the food, I replied “of course” just because they delivered to this area stating that nobody answered, the guy who phoned me was completely rude saying “u want the food or not if not cancel order” terrible customer service and poor attitude! Stupid if you ask me.

Very bad customer service. I waited 20 minutes for anyone to take my order even though the restaurant was empty. The staff did not care about my presence. And then I had to wait another 20 minutes for "the boss" as someone called him, to come and after 10 min later I had finally my fries! Were definitely not worth that much time to wait plus there was apparently one fry that still had a frozen bit according to my friend :///

Absolutely amazing delivery service from start to finish. Delivered on time, hot and fresh. Delivery driver really friendly and adhered to social distancing. Curry is quite possibly the best I've had from a takeaway. Lots of chunks of chicken in both curries and also the lamb tikka starter was full of big chunks of meat. Everything I ordered is 10/10 and will definitely order from here again
