Waited over 2 and a half hours for a delivery, rang numerous times to check where our food was and was hung up on at least once. When I asked where my food was im pretty sure I heard him turn the microwave on, disgusting! Would not recommend this place, avoid at ALL costs!!!! Also found a hair in the masala
Food was good although had to wait a little longer than I'd hoped. Counter staff had the now customary earphones and were constantly on their phones. I felt more of an inconvenience rather than a customer.
This is the first time I have used Masalas and I was very pleased from start to finish. The customer service was great, very polite and approachable when collecting my food. Went above and beyond for myself being a fussy eater. Wasn’t too hot or spicy, just right. Food was lovely and hot and very short waiting time!
Both Myself and my husband ordered for the first time through Just Eat from here this evening. I can honestly say that the food was absolutely superb! It arrived hot, was full of flavour and the best biryani I have ever eaten. We'll definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you so much for the delicious food.
Paneer jalfrezi was really nice, I asked for it to be hot and they did not disappoint. Was not overpowering hot, just right. Naan was nice and soft. vegetarian Biryani was a bit dry but not going to lower my stars for that as all other things was nice. Also got complimentary poppadoms, onions and mint yogurt dip. Service time was good too considering its Saturday. Overall good service, good food and reasonably priced. Keep up the good work ladz. Will be recommending and returning soon.
