   I had a very distressing experience at this restaurant recently. I was doing a Deliveroo order and needed to use the toilet. As I began to use it, the man from the counter suddenly stormed in and started shouting at me for using the toilet. The door didn’t have a lock, so he ended up seeing me while I was urinating — which was extremely embarrassing and a total violation of my privacy and dignity. I repeatedly told him to leave, but he refused and continued shouting. I couldn’t even finish using the toilet because of the shock. When I came out to speak to him, he said there was a sign saying “customers only.” I explained that I was there collecting an order on behalf of Deliveroo — helping their business — and that I had also been a paying customer in the past. Despite that, he continued to shout, point his finger at me, and talk over me in a very rude manner. Thankfully, a woman in the restaurant listened to what happened, and I told her that this kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. This experience has genuinely left me shaken. No one deserves to be treated this way — whether a customer, a delivery driver, or anyone else. I will not be returning here with my family knowing that this restaurant disregards basic respect, privacy, and dignity. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable.

   Amazing food! Been here many times but never thought to leave a review. Took my friend from out of town here and she absolutely loved it and so did her family. Food has always been consistent, delicious and fresh.

   I remember coming here a lot in the old days with my friends. After so long we were feeling their food so decided to make a visit. As always, we went for chicken fillets and prawns with Gazebo sauce. The flavour is still the same, and everything is as delicious as it has always been. The only thing about this place I will say is that the price you pay portions are very small. The chicken fillets are the thinnest slice you will ever see... other than that the food is lovely.

   Title: Fantastic Dining Experience at Crescent Grill House! Review: I recently revisited Crescent Grill House after many years, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I took a bite of the Pepper Fish, I knew I was in for a treat. It was hands down the best fish dish I've had in years. I highly recommend it to all seafood lovers out there! While the Chicken Fillet is their specialty and rightfully so, as it was delicious, I also had the chance to try the Steak, which didn't quite match my personal taste preferences. However, that's just a matter of personal preference as it was still a decent dish. The Gazebo Chicken, on the other hand, was another standout item on the menu that left me craving for more. Our server, Adam, truly went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Although the steak wasn't my favorite, the overall experience, combined with the mouthwatering dishes and excellent service, makes me eager to return to Crescent Grill House. I can't wait to explore more of their menu and indulge in their delectable offerings again soon. Kudos to the team for a memorable dining experience!

   Travelled from London and decided to have dinner at the Crescent Grill House. Customer service absolutely appalling. Upon entering the restaurant, no greeting. We were expected to find a table, take our own menu’s from the front desk and sit down. No table service at all, no one bothered to tell us to come up front to order. They don’t take card payment which is a hassle. Dirty toilets. No light, no soap, hand dryer out of use and no tissue to dry hands. Finally ordered and food came so fast but it felt as if it had been microwaved - not piping hot. No one gave us the basics such as cutlery, napkins and glasses. We had to keep getting up to ask someone and most times there wasn’t anyone available to help which meant waiting around. Sucks when you’re travelling from far with hungry kids! Oh and don’t even get me started on the little guy at the front desk - he’s a joke! Too busy on the phone with his mates. He even offered the Uberdriver a tip to drop food off to his mates houses. Waste of money. Would have been better off just eating at home.

   Food was tasty but the portions were shockingly small for the price we paid. I have been to more upmarket restaurants who have provided a much larger portion for the price. The steaks were paper thin in all of our meals (this included burgers, steaks etc). Especially when you're paying around £20 for the meal (in photo), this is not really acceptable. However, there are no complaints about the food; it was tasty and perfectly done.

   Crescent grill house is a place of legend. I ordered a chicken fillet batch meal or maybe it was peri peri who knows who cares. The food came immediately and it was lovely. The chicken was fresh and marinated and had a nice kick. The batch/cob ^^ was either from a local bakery or a packet. Regardless it was nice and fresh and suited the chicken perfectly. The chips where really nice and fluffy. I really enjoyed the food. Oh and they have toilets on site.

   One of my favourite restaurants to go to in Leicester! Piri Piri chicken has to be my favourite!! The sauce is the perfect combination with the chicken!! Ordered one chicken and had 2 packed as take aways!! Amazing!!
