Worst experience ever I ordered chicken biryani very very bad they didn’t used basmati rice and chicken I just got 3 bones no flesh to the pieces. Very very disappointing Never ever recommended
I ordered biriyani for 20people. The rice is not cooked well and bottom there is lot of masala without proper taste. My party is ruined for this biriyani.
Had the Chicken Majestic and Lamb Biryani at Namaste Cardiff. Both dishes were cooked well and full of flavour. Service was quick, polite, and professional, which made for an easy, enjoyable meal.
Non vegetarian food is very good and offordable price. Visited for the first time and it's Highly recommended place in entire cardiff. Especially the service was very friendly and welcoming.
I absolutely loved the food at this place! It's exactly what you crave when you're in the mood for some spiciness. Went with a whole gang, and let me tell you, we were all thoroughly satisfied and delighted. The food was not only delicious but delivered the perfect amount of kick that we were looking for. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I left feeling very satisfied. I will definitely be visiting again in the future. If you haven't had the chance to check out this place in Cardiff yet, please don't miss it! They have a great menu, and the prices are just right. Trust me, you won't regret it!
Me and my friend’s been to the restaurant last week. Their food was very delicious and as well as the way of welcoming by the staff was impeccable. Their staffs are so cool and very friendly. When comes to the environment was so good and once again should have to visit. It was really nice experience.
Worst experience of my life... called to book a table, asked if they do high chairs and he said what's that, that should have set the alarm bells ringing..... when we got there, the guy hardly spoke a word of English... ordered a thali.. he didn't understand what dishes I could combine, had to spell it out for him.... then after 5 mins.. he came back and said the thali doesn't include a butter chicken... then we made adjustments to our order...then he brought out poppadoms with no dips... I said where are the dips and I'm still waiting for the drinks.. he said "huh".. we honestly had enough at that stage and walked out... employ people that speak english for heavens sake.... BTW I'm Asian myself before you accuse me of being racist.
salt. so much salt. 2 stars is generous for this restaurant. i went here on wednesday night with my family as we had heard good things about this place, unfortunately they were wrong. our drinks took 15 minutes to come out when we had all ordered diet cokes and the professionalism of the waiters were terrible. we ordered our food, i got a masala dosa and requested for medium spice and my family got the chicken tikka masala, aloo bhindi and a prawn dish i can’t quite remember, alongside of course naan and rice. the daal(?) that came with the dosa was so salty i could barely eat it, to make matters worse i found a HAIR in my food. we complained to the waiter and he didn’t seem to care, giving me a new pot of dip. the chicken tikka was marinated in some salty rub to the point it was like eating spoonfuls of salt and it was spicy when it wasn’t meant to be? the only good thing was the naan as it was soft and fluffy. we shared out disappointment with the waiter but yet again, he didn’t seem to care. will not be returning.
Interesting experience. Took a while to get service and they wasn't even busy. One of the waiters was new so understandable he would get things wrong. But he came back multiple times to double check what we ordered in fairness. We asked for poppadom basket first which came out with the starters. The waiter didn't know which dish was what when he brought them out. And even though we asked for a gap between starters and mains, they came out straight after each other. Food wise, nothing really stood out for our group or made us think we'd order it again. Average curry house, could do with better levels of service, table menus and drinks menus are in need of a proper wipe down and every dish was spicy! Even dishes that are usually not were very spicy. Wasn't asked if we wanted it all spicy or not. Personally won't be going back but wouldn't discourage trying it out.
