   1st time over here! Very average burrito im afraid. Reasonably priced. Wouldn't be in a rush to go again. Staff was friendly but for such a chain I would like to see some flex (as in I ordered my meal, got offered sauce that cost extra but I wasnt sure which one I wanted as its my first time as I explained but had to que to pay 42p. Money not the issue here more of the 'flex'). Employee was friendly however so no complaints! Overall ok but not mind blowing.

   Wow, what an experience at Taco Bell Cardiff. If you’re looking for rude service and zero effort, this is the place for you. The guy at the counter clearly thought customer service was optional, and the manager couldn’t have cared less if he tried. My food was cold, my order was wrong, and the staff looked more annoyed than the customers. Honestly, it’s almost impressive how bad it was. Kyle is the worst! Bad attitude and needs to better! Michael needs to learn how to make a burrito and look presentable to work…

   I'm guessing by the overall atmosphere of the dining room, bathroom, exterior that this location wasn't a corporate store, I'm sure it's a franchise because it has not been taken care of. I'm not impressed I live in America and thought I would try a Taco Bell here. There's many inconsistencies in the food, a quesadilla has spicey chicken not grilled, the cheese is mozzarella and the cheese wasn't even melted to the chicken, the tortilla was very grainy to the taste I thought I was chewing on Sand. The soft taco supreme didn't have any sour creme, the tortilla used was brittle. The ice maker was broken and there were a lot of soda all over the machine and counter, the dining area looked filthy trash adorned the dining room floor, the outside had copius amounts of garbage outside of the cans that haven't been replaced, I have photos to show forth. I expected Taco Bell either franchise or Corporation to know This isn't what to expect throughout the world. Taco Bell is an experience brand its where I started my career in high school. It's a successful corporation that has built a name for as long as I have been alive for over 50 years. This was unexpected seeing that there were 6 employees all working but didn't delegate duties to take care of the business that reflects on Taco Bell. This isn't acceptable.

   Great fast food chain. First time at a Taco Bell, food was much better than expected. Spent about £10 per person, initially thought food was overpriced but the amount you get for the amount you pay is quite reasonable. Atmosphere in the store is pretty good too, plenty of parking also. Not much wait for food considering the size of our order too. Would definitely recommend

   I ordered online to pick up at drive through as i had covid. I told the guy on the speaker i was picking up an order. I was told to reverse out of the drive through and go inside to pick up order. I went inside and questioned the guy as to why i couldn't go through the drive through. His attitude was disgusting. Slammed my drink onto counter and said "Do you want your food". I took my food and went outside to find that the guy behind the counter had allowed another 2 cars to queue at the drive through. Why wasn't i allowed? Disgusting attitude.

   After years and years of waiting the anticipation built and then a Taco Bell was also built in Cardiff! Great, we went and what can I say other than it was an absolute shambles from walking in the door!! The layout of the place is ridiculous, ordering was an absolute nightmare, the self serve didn't show that things were adding to your order so when we came to payment we had to delete almost £100 worth of food that had been tapped as a precaution to it not showing as registered anywhere on screen. We cleared and cleaned a table and waited over 30 minutes (only 5 of us had ordered and there was nobody else in the restaurant, just dirty tables), upon hearing our order numbers being called we were relieved however, the mess up of certain items caused another wait for some of our party. The food was mediocre, the seasoned fries are overly seasoned and damp, like wrapped up chips in a bag. The price of the food far outweighs the quality or lack of as it were. Between the whole party we had ordered quite a variety of foods from the menu and NOTHING was anything better than you would buy cheap in a packet. The staff had absolutely zero interest in the restaurant, customers, complaints or comfort. This unfortunately was not far different on a second visit, just to see if it was a one off. This is such a shame as the Taco Bells in the States were OHHH, SO different!! Think that this needs to be reassessed, redesigned and remanaged as the competition of fast food within walking distance of the site is vast.

   Slow, understaffed no one clearing tables, no receipts printing. Ice machine off or not working. Drinks area filthy. Not terribly well run at time of visit.

   We loved the vegetarian variety at Taco bell! It was very filling. We loved the churros although weren't find of the cinnamon twists.

   Nice restaurant, clean inside with plenty of parking. The drive-thru looked busy, but inside wasn't. Fast service by friendly staff, was a good experience. I only dropped one star as the food advertised was completely different to the order we placed - significantly smaller. However; the quality was outstanding and I'll be sure to visit again. Recommended.
