Food was delivered minus a chicken madras & still waiting 20 mins + for them to bring my family have all finished defo won’t be ordering from this place again
Almost gave 5 stars......pleasantly surprised as to how fresh it feels in store . The food was lovely contrary to other comments . I'm fussy to. Curry was tasty onion bahjjis were especially tasty. . Served in good time . And staff were pleasant. Will certainly use again. Won't be disappointed. We weren't.
What a missed opportunity to offer something different to the canton take away curry scene. Ordered garlic chilli chicken. The tarka (masala) was not cooked down and there was so much chilli powder in it that it was inedible. Butter chicken was desiccated coconut in some slop. Saag paneer had no flavour and again was a sloppy mess. Chapli kebab was dry and again flavourless. To say I was disappointed was an understatement and as someone who cooks curry this was lazy cooking. I am quite shocked by what curry houses are able to fob off as curry. There is nothing authentic about the food offered here, it is totally wrong so don't waste your money, there are other places offering better.
We had a large takeaway from here last weekend and the food was phenomenal. Every dish we tried was so tasty and full of flavour. We have been trying to find a nice curry in Cardiff for a while and this will certainly be a restaurant we will be calling upon readily.
