   When all that's on offer are food chain restaurants, it's always brilliant to experience the local pride and sense of genuine hospitality that makes a place standout. And this is exactly what we experienced when the gracious Kelly welcomed us to Wagamama's for a late lunch. This place is a great space, with brilliant, enthusiastic staff, committment to cleanliness and cooking to your needs. And the overall dining experience was spot on. Oh, and their Jubel Peach infused lager was perfect accompanyment to the bao bao buns and teppanyaki. Thank you Kelly and team, we enjoyed meeting you.

   For my work leaving do, we went to Wagamama's in Bridgend. The staff & Manager where so efficient, polite and cared about allergies and food requirements instantly. Very approachable and food was extremely nice. I recommended it instantly to friends and family.

   I've eaten at Wagamamas over 50 times all over the UK and this has by far been the best experience. Service from the two lovely ladies was brilliant. I was lucky enough to sit near the kitchen and asked the chef for a recommendation, he suggested the Shirodashi pork, so I followed that and of course ordered extra pork! Dish was presented by the chef Richard himself, very nice touch, BRAVO. Date 25th November 7.30pm
