Always on point. Struggled to agree on school shoes this year, last resort was Schuh. A lovely attendant was so patient with my girls measured them and tried to get them shoes that they liked and that fit. Walked away so so happy and grateful for the excellent service.
Bought some crocs in Schuh, Highcross, Leicester on Thursday and it was a wonderful experience. The server, Angelina, was so helpful and lovely. I was a very happy customer. Thank you.
Great, clean and spacious shop with lots of choices for men, women and children. Staff was friendly and gave plenty space for us to browse and shop.
I was served by Sarah and she was so friendly and so helpful! To say I don't enjoy shoe shopping normally is an understatement, however, Sarah made the process so easy and I will be back in to purchase again in the future! I work in customer service myself so it was great to receive such great customer service from her!

If I could put one star I would. I’m not usually a fussy customer. But the staff with the ginger hair chubby one and the bright pink hair lady with glasses and piercings most horrible customer service ever. So I bought shoes at 2pm and asked for student discount and I got it. Then I’ve found out it’s student lock in so I’ve gone into the store seeing if I can get it refunded. The pink haired lady has said to me “let me speak to someone and confirm” she’s come back to me and said “yes you just need your receipt and you can get the 25% refunded “ I’ve told her my receipt is at home and she said “the 25% is only available for tonight”. So I told her I’m going to go home and get my receipt. I’ve gone all the way home in a 15 min Uber drive just to get the receipt. I come back and she takes my receipt and shows the ginger chubby lady. Then once they’ve spoken the ginger haired lady said “no you can’t be refunded for the 25% because you’ve work the shoes” I never asked to exchange the shoes I wanted to keep the shoes just wanted to get that 25% off that I won refunded to me. The ginger haired lady has no customer service skills at all and if she’s the one in charge I’m concerned because why are staff instructing customers things that aren’t true. I’ve gone all the way home to get a receipt and she tells me no it’s not possible. So why are untrained staff alone with customers instructing things. I’m genuinely very upset as this is my favourite shoe shop but I will never be returning and will share this.
Went in here to look at a pair of shoes. Staff were congurating together and more interested in what's going outside the shop instead of serving. Won't be going here ever again. Lost potential customer.
