   Tried to purchase a pair of Yeezys for my sister this Christmas. Placed the order on 17th December and paid the extra £20 for express delivery before Christmas. After placing the order, there had been no further correspondance other than a generic order confirmation with a reference number. I dropped them an email on Saturday the 20th December to ask if the order was still on course to arrive on the 22nd December (the supposed latest delivery date) to which I received no reply (even now as I write this review), despite their website claiming they reply within 24 hours. This morning I messaged them via live chat, which according to their website "Our live chat connects you directly with our customer service team for instant support" to chase up as my order still hasn't arrived. No response after an hour so I thought I'd try and give them a call but when you dial their number you get "The user you're trying to reach is unavailable.". With the experience I've had, I strongly advise that you avoid placing orders with this company, no avenues for communication and will leave you in the dark.

   My son and friend (mid-teens) traded in 3 pairs of Jordan 4s and one pair of Yeezys. Not knowing any better as minors they walked away on the promise the money will be transferred to their account 3-5 days later. Over 3 weeks later they have not paid. They have no phone number to contact (that they reply to) although did reply to an Instagram message claiming they have had a change of directors but denying any dubious affairs or that they were trying to take advantage of minors. They promised transfer of money 2 days ago and still haven’t. DO NOT sell anything to them or if you do obtain funds before leaving store. They will be reported the police and trading standards later today for theft/ fraud.(also bearing in mind they have advertised the shoes traded in on their Insta stories for what would be over a 400% profit on what they paid for them. If that isn’t taking advantage of a minor I don’t know what is) PLEASE NOTE AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION THIER COMPANY DIRECTORS HAVE NOT CHANGED, BOTH WERE IN PLACE WHEN THE TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE. WERE IS YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIS? note have issued small claims court. They have ignored all communication over past 5 days.

   I should have done my due diligence and read reviews first, this place is a scam, absolute thief’s. Sold 3 pairs of trainers and they offered to pay out via bank transfer, thought they were reputable, so thought ok I’d get my money in the 2-6 working days they promised. It’s now been a month, they are ignoring messages and when they did respond, they assured it would be sorted. Not sure what else to do now as they stopped responding and their contact number doesn’t connect. Have reported to trading standards and will be reporting to police as you have essentially stolen my items. Avoid selling to this place unless they pay you in cash I would say. Honestly, you give a bad rep to the trainer reseller business and you should be ashamed.

Fantastic customer service, in depth knowledge of all the things they sell by all staff, prices are very good, they’ve made a real effort to make the experience of shopping in their stores more enjoyable. Will always come here for my trainer needs and wants. 10/10 business.
