   I love Matalan but I was disappointed on this occasion. The quality was fine but I couldn’t find some items in my size. I came away empty handed.

   Usual assortment of clothes, little choice for skirts in this occasion. Changing rooms, messy, unclean, dusty and left a lot to be desired. Hanging hooks limited, curtains ill fitting.

   Managed to find a nice suit for my partner.The fact that the jacket and trousers are sold separately was ideal as at 82 he is a bit top heavy.The lady ar the check out was pleasant and helpful

   Matalan has always been a reasonable store for clothing, and you can still get bargains. My only fault with the store currently is the lack of staff. When I visited, only two members of staff were there, it is mostly self-service now, it would be nice to at least have some communication when you are in the store.

   got a taxi and paid £9 to deliver a parcel as its the only place that does DPD pickup in stratford and they told me they cant take it today

   Went in on Saturday afternoon. Wanted to make a few purchases . Unfortunately as it was a very warm day . It was unbearable inside, Like a greenhouse. So could not stay in to look round. How the staff can work in that is beyond me .

   I went into the Stratford branch today it was a terrible experience. There wasn't enough staff on the till, they were all over the place. One lady started serving me then went off to someone else. The 3 ladies on the tills were like rabbits in headlights, they didn't know what was going on. It was really poorly run. I will be sticking to ordering online

3. Save Nottingham College ★★★★★

   I called the store Friday as I could not get to my normal in time for my weekend was so I asked did they have what I have in and the lovely lady had told me they did and also took the time to pack into a basket for me try alway for next day. Sit fit perfectly and usual matalan fab quality and trendy. I also like to thank the store everything they did for me to save my my weekend and the customer service :)
