After discovering a fault with a drone purchased as a Christmas present, I contacted the Leicester store to be answered by inexperienced staff and poor customer service. The young girl placed us on hold while we over heard her laughing and joke with the manager about the faulty drone calling us weirdo's. Contacted the manager directed to be answered again with ill respect, rather than suggest to return the product argued with me and eventually offering to meet me out of office hours for a fight when I mentioned reporting the company to trading standards. Disgraceful I shall be making a full complaint to trading standards and head office although I've had no response avoid. Useless item, inexperienced staff that just want to play with toys.
