Twice when I have visited in the afternoon and I have been told they are not serving cold drinks. I understand those orders are more work but today it was two hours before it was due to close. It was the same member of staff who, I think, just can’t be bothered!
I can't rely on this Costa anymore as it keep keeping door locked till 8am and some time even later. I suppose to pickup my breakfast but it's mostly closed by the lady.
Staff were nice, I found the counter navigation process difficult. Plus I thought the food was really expensive for what it is. Microwaved bacon sandwich £4:30 and £2:95 for a muffin. But it was all they had to offer. Shame there wasn’t anything else open
Just had 2 coffees. One skinny latte and one cappuccino. Both were perfect. We call every week and never disgruntled. Costa is now selling M&S sandwiches, hot and cold , salads, little mixed fruit bowls etc.Lovely !!
Very nicely placed and convenient coffee house situated in Bingley . This is run and managed by helpful and friendly staff who persevere despite working pressures. They have excellent memory recall of ones usual order especially if you are a regular and serve an excellent coffee . The only downside is the price of their sweets and cakes but one must treat oneself regardless. Nice cosy and comfortable atmosphere.
Coffee is good but don't like sharing food with flies .
Great staff and great coffee. They even have a vegan toastie now!
Why do I keep coming to this place? Because it feels like home. Home in a coffee cup. I like what they offer and the occasional muffin. It always has a good atmosphere. The staff are friendly and professional. The customers are varied in age and circumstance. A slice of life cohabiting a coffee bar. Why would I not go there? Relaxation.
