   I went in tonight with my brother on our motorbikes and on returning to the bikes mine wouldn’t start. Adam was very friendly and accommodating whilst we waited for the recovery truck. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and awesome service.

   I visited your Huddersfield Leeds Road store today. I was waiting at the counter for my order to be completed (I hadn’t received my egg and mushroom sandwich yet) but the girl serving me accused me of having taken it already. She was absolutely insistent I’d already taken it (I hadn’t - I had never left the counter as my order wasn’t complete!). She then asked who I was with (my daughter who’d never approached the counter) and implied they’d taken it! Eventually they realised THEIR mistake that they had put it on someone else’s tray! No apology was offered. I spoke to the manager to express my unhappiness and disgust at having basically been accused of stealing but he offered no reassurance or recompense! He said he’d viewed cctv (so he could see I’d never received the sandwich). He just reiterated it was a mistake. I said I wasn’t complaining about the mistake but how it had been handled. The staff need training in customer service and so does the manager! I’m disgusted!

   Bright, welcoming store with the full range of Costa and Marks and Spencer food. Clean and tidy. Lots of seating options including outside, comfy sofas, wi-fi, plug sockets. Friendly helpful staff. Handy drive through with plenty of parking

   Service with a smile anyone?! I think not… felt like I was served by the grim reaper today. Resented spending my hard earned pennies here and somebody needs to know about it. Below zero customer service and filthy tables. Even Greggs do it better, cmon Costa. Try elsewhere folks, I certainly will be.

   Unusually good experience for a Costa. It really showed how important the demeanour and behaviour of the serving staff can be. The counter staff were happy, helpful and genuine. It was so good to be served by someone who was able/permitted to be themselves.

   Staff are very friendly and helpful. The small cakes and pastries are very dry and not worth buying. All drinks are very well made with good quality ingredients. Good is really enjoyable. Tables are often left too long without cleaning. Overall not a bad place to visit and would go again.

   Been coming here past year the last few visit , tall Oliver . Bad attitude absolutely rude towards customers , like he is being forced to work there. No customer service skills at all. For that reason I will Not be returning to coffee. Giving coffee with stain cups with coffee running off the cup I picked it up my hand had coffee all over it I asked him to wipe the cup and he looked at me made me wait for few mins then he wiped it with a dirty wet cloth , we felt like we did something wrong to him , maybe he was racist towards us. the other staff there are wonderful always helpful polite and smile never goes unnoticed. Oliver is his name everyone , watch out for for him. He has ruined our experience as we love coming here but won’t be returning. I didn’t end up drinking my hot drink I don’t know where that dirty cloth had been.

   Service was very poor, the shop ran out of cream on that day, so all the Christmas range and more was unavailable. To be honest not very often in our days you meet the staff twisting the faces and doing the job like they do me a favour, especially considering the price we pay. Very unprofessional place in general. Not recommended.
