   It's not often that I experience perfect customer service but that is what I got here at Jon Ian. My thanks to Jake who works here, who, like some kind of shoe-seer, had visually sized up my feet (whilst in trainers of a different size!) and found for me the exact shoes I wanted within seconds, then a minute later had slightly adjusted them to perfectly accommodate my particular foot shape. I have never had this done before and did not realize it was a possibility. Very pleased indeed with the quality of the shoes for the price that was paid. The collection here is absolutely exquisite and must be seen. If you want something classy but also visually eye-catching; in no way run-of-the-mill, look no further.
