    Went into the Office today just to browse with my friend. One of the workers (had curly hair and wearing blue & cream new balance) noticed my paper shopping bag was breaking. She came over and asked me if I wanted another bag. I just thought this was really kind of her and a really nice deed. She was such a thoughtful staff member. I hope she see’s this cuz it made my day and helped me a lot :) thank you

    Went in store today and well I asked a shop assistant /she could have been the manager… if they did safety boots / trainers and all I had was attitude off the vile individual from the beginning. Woman said I don’t know what safety boots are. Now she’s old enough to know surely looking like she was in her 50s. (How do you work in a store that sells footwear and not know what those are?) so any way I explained to her very politely and then she pulled a face and said to me I thought those were illegal. 1 - I thought you didn’t know what they were? 2. I’m NOT asking you if they’re illegal or not. I’m asking you if you have them. (For the record they’re NOT illegal ) Then I ask if she could direct me to anywhere that may sell them in town and her answer was no look online. I walk off then she started muttering to the other shop worker next to her Disgraceful customer service, very rude, dismissive and a very unhelpful vile human being. Now I have a following online of 2.3million followers on social media so unless I get an update on this and how this vile person will be disciplined / re trained on customer service because she is obviously lacking customer service skills then I will be sharing my experience to all my followers.

    Not many kind of shoes there , on sale if you buying any shoes they tell you is returnable , but not true exchange only , not good customer service , imagine if you buy shoes in £80 in sale and no return
