   You never mentioned about missing item out of our orders but I agree the day before when I had my panini it was really nice the next day you let me down with a puddle of grease and rushing about missing items unfortunately when running a business you have to accept criticism on reviews especially when your in the wrong and this is something I noticed when I came in
