Small pub with a friendly, relaxing atmosphere, excellent service and quality food. Massive thank you to Matt and Leanne for making our time spent at The Chapel House an enjoyable evening. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends. We will also be returning ourselves and making it a regular place to visit.

Just been after searching for Coeliac Friendly Pub. Helpful and friendly from moment walked into Chapel House. Best steak and ale pie had in years. Puddings were amazing and ample. Cannot fault anything about the place and would highly recommend. Took friends dog and very welcoming .

a great pub with lots of atmosphere! drinks are fairly priced like most other pubs and has an old fashioned Yorkshire stone floor with a restaurant area at the rear of the pub. the food has always been very good and priced very well. the pub offers good deals on food drinks cocktails and more. great for autumn/winter days round the open fire or great for summer days outside on the tables under a brolly.

We nearly always come to Chapel House before going to Bradford for a show. Always a warm welcome , the food is lovely and very reasonable in price. Pub grub but you know what you're getting. Service is friendly and helpful. Can't go wrong

This is a brilliant pub and well worth trying if you're local to the area. I'd say the most outstanding part is the service, very attentive, something which is lacking in pubs of a similar standard on the food front. The food was really good, and I especially enjoyed the chicken strips, as did my wife. We shared both starters and the sauce from the belly pork bites dish went down a treat for both dishes. This pub had the best of both worlds when it comes to atmosphere, as we entered, we were met by loads of people surrounding the bar having a great time. We then walked through the pub to the dining area, where it was more chilled out and relaxing, despite the hoards of people at the other end of the pub. I will definitely be visiting here again to try out some of their other food options!

This is a really lovely pub and very friendly staff who cannot be more helpful. The real ails are extremely good indeed, especially when you can get a beer for £2.50 every Monday. Also the food is extremely good indeed and I must say I’m happy to have it as my local. I would highly recommend this pub to anyone. One thing I would say though and it’s not a negative to the pub it’s more to let people know, is that there is a small step into the pub so wheelchairs may have difficulty getting in and I don’t believe they have a disabled toilet and there is steps up into the restaurant, but I am sure with assistance from the staff. You would have no problems within this establishment.

Okay food was okay, not great but okay. They were two staff servicing on the floor and the younger one was lovely but the older One was plain rude. No customer skills or front of house skills at all. It wasn’t even that busy and she couldn’t even check if food was okay. She kept looking at us to quickly order even tho we had just arrived. Seriously if it was just the younger member of staff then the experience would have been lovely especially as it was a treat out. The food we did have everyone seem to enjoy but service skills defo need a work out especially for somewhere at that price range.

Brilliant service. We were a large party of 14 and all our meals came out together. Pleased with the food and service. Would highly recommend.

It was quite busy when we attended this place, which added to the atmosphere. However, they didn't seem to have very many people serving so there was always going to be a bit of a wait. Surprisingly, it wasn't as long a wait as I expected. Unfortunately, the waitress ordered one too few meals so there was an extended wait for one person. This is the only reason why it loses a star. I'd give it another go though.

The food was ok, no big problems with it but nothing to brag about either. The drinks were also ok. It was quite off putting to eat food in a Sunday evening with a really loud bingo going on while you're trying to eat. Also lots of loud and disrespectful customers shouting and swearing. I didn't think it would be as rough as it was. The staff seem lovely though so I'm torn with this review. I'll have to try eating and drinking there another time to really figure out how I feel..
