I went to Curry's to pick.up a new router. There were 4 or 5 staff present, and more customers than that not being served. The staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping any customers. I noticed an elderly couple towards the back of the store, no-one helped them and they were clearly frustrated. I asked where I could find a router, a member of staff pointed towards where they were, but offered no assistance otherwise. I asked another member of staff about routers, apparently there is not much call for them so Curry's don't bother with them much. When I left, the staff carried on talking with each other, and laughing and joking, I was disappointed with the ignorance and lack of attempt to serve customers. I would not be surprised if this store is one of Curry's worst performing, and most electricals are assisted purchases, and here they don't bother.

Returned jvc tv I had bought 10days ago as the legs didnt fit properly on the tv, they were wonky so risk of it falling over.Sales assistant stated wouldn't change due to faulty leg. Would need to test the tv luckily found a different fault that speakers weren't working properly so could change it. Poor customer service at culverhouse Cross.

I would highly recommend never ever buying anything from Currys and certainly not the Culverhouse Cross location. I bought a washing machine here, paid for it to be installed, and it turned out to be a faulty machine, so it was agreed by Currys and the brand that we were entitled to a new machine. I had bad service from Currys at every step after the initial sale. Customer service says they can't do anything on the phone because it was bought in store, not sure why this was? But regardless I go into the store to be met with such an unhelpful manager. Curry's was insistent that despite the fact they sold me a faulty washing machine (which also left holes in hundreds of pounds worth my clothing) that I must also pay for the new installation. The managers exact words were "pay it or leave". We of course couldn't go any longer without a washing machine considering we'd already not had one for over a month waiting for this to be resolved so we payed the £40 (which we were told was a "Special deal for us" it wasn't, it was a discount that's also available online) and left. So all in all we lost around £200 on my damaged property, paying launderettes and to have them install a broken washing machine, it's absolutely disgusting.

Found a laptop for my auntie, asked to buy it….none in store. Asked for them to order it for delivery! More expensive on the website! Asked for the display one, told no! Asked to price match the online to the store price and told no! WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING STOCK OUT THAT WE CANT PURCHASE?

Excellent help from staff member Curtis when I needed to buy a new printer this week. Talked me through the options in my price bracket and gave me time to decide. Was able to answer all my questions , thank you

I was reluctant to buy something from them recently because I've had such terrible experience with them in the past, but I took the chance. Once again, it was a mistake. The amount of times I've made orders with them, only to have them cancel the order, or to turn up at store and them not have the stock for the item I've already ordered. One time I even order a TV from them, got given a delivery day, it never turned up, they claimed it never went through, yet the were charging me on the payment plan. And it took me months and many log phone calls to rectify it. I'm done with them this time. I strongly advise you don't buy from them and look elsewhere, it's not worth the hassle.

Staff seemed to have little interest in engaging customers. Had to go looking for help and having to break into a staff social conversation, one of whom could only be bothered to vaguely point me in the general direction of the product in which I was interested. Management needs to kick some backsides here; there must be many list or disillusioned customers. Do they not realise how easy it is to buy online these days?

Currys' going through a lot of strife... The staff don't have a clue about the products and we were there for over an hour just waiting for them to find batteries and a TV remote so they could show us how the TV worked... that includes the time it took to show interest in helping. Never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. There is no team cohesion and not even the manager could help... 0 stars but the min is one! inorder to publish...

Tried for 4 days to order a product but due to a fault I couldn't. Customer Services is a complete joke. No help. And now the product has gone up by £400 and they won't honour the price it was .and they will not put you through to a manager. Never going to currys again. What a disgrace.
