   Unfortunately had to give a star to write my review on the disgusting customer service from the miserable bald bloke on the tills you need retraining on when a customer purchases something that's not fit to consume and has their receipt you do not accuse them of biting a chunk from the foul vile spotted manky chocolate that had been open to consume but was in a pack of seven so therefore I checked if they were all manky and unfit for consumption I don't make a habit of buying an item then returning it for a refund for fun mate how dare you treat me like that today over a faulty item from your shop are you stupid or just arrogant I'm hoping you get spoken to by management after today you disgrace. You are a horrible person you shouldn't work with customers at all.

   Went into the store at Culverhouse cross yesterday, and most of the fresh milk was reduced and at least 10 days out of date. Had to look through it all to find a bottle in date. Other than that, the store was clean, tidy and well stocked. Like many people who left a review, only went in for one thing, and came out with 2 bags full.

   Who could possibly have a bad word to say about B&M. Love love love this store. Most of the staff are chatty and friendly, have had one or two that aren't as enthusiastic but retail ain't for everyone lol

   Lots of products to choose from and plenty of availability. Good quality and affordable prices. There is lots of helpful staff around and they're friendly. Parking is a slight issue but you can get over that when you get them bargains
