The young man who serves us is welcoming, efficient and competent...he doesn't stop...he ought to get costa barrista employee of the year!
I went in for a coffee earlier today and I was served by Paige. Lovely girl, her customer service was amazing.
We visited here as part of our Guide Dog puppies 'settle and shop' training. The staff were amazing and were very accommodating to us and our puppy in training. The food and drinks were delivered quickly
This is the Bedworth branch of this chain. It is fairly small with a couple of tables outside. The food and beverages are the same as all the other branches pretty good if expensive. The service was fine, but when we went in there was only one young man serving everything. Should have been 2. Even though it was Sunday morning they were quite busy. Disabled people can access but it would be a little tight for a wheelchair. They have toilets but I didn't use them so can't comment. Overall not a bad place to visit.
Like having a giggle with staff.. just wish they stayed open for longer... They need to state way before the time they are closing as tend to close earlier than times on the website... Frustrating as only get set times with family I don't get to see often. Please change times if closing earlier...
Waited a long time to be served and then when I went to order the rolo hot chocolate but they didn't have it... shame when all the posters are up. Place was dirty and no sugar in stock either

I love a Costa, the staff are always so stressed out though. They don't have time for the customer and you queue for ages!
Additonal visit ,friendly and clean as usual! Lots of selection in offer. A lovely Costa lots of seating available and very clean. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and accommodating. Toilet available. Sadly had ran out of soap but we had the sanitisation station at the door to use which was better than nothing. Lots of snack available but no hot food as they had ran out. (This is quite common for this store which is a shame) they need to bring in a bigger stock of food really.
