   Normally, an alright experience in here. Although today my friend and I were looking at Funko Pops, and we were talking about the Jurassic World one, and one of the employees with long hair came over and started saying how bad the movie was, when he really should be promoting the store's stock? We never spoke to him in the first place, and he started announcing his opinions when they weren't called for. He was quite rude and put us off coming back.

   My wife visited this store today. Our family have run a highly successful retail operation since 1864, so we know a little about service. Her experience with Menkind was abysmal. The store was extremely busy and although there were staff members on the shop floor only one till was manned. The till operator was having to serve customer internet collections in addition to shop purchases. Apparently the manager was above getting her hands dirty with till work. Furthermore, the item my wife purchased was deceptively priced on the shelf - the shelf ticket was boldly displaying £20 with an alternative price for this one item in VERY small print. When the purchase was put through the till it flagged as £30, so my wife immediately requested a refund. This involved the same manager exhibiting extremely bad attitude. She then proceeded to put the refund through less the 10p for the bag. A request for the refund of this 10p was met with much rolling of eyes and attitude. If this person worked for me I would have struggled not to sack her on the spot!

   For electronic toys aficionados, the place to be in, drones that fly in the store, cars climbing on the glass display panes.Toys from famous cartoon characters. Good place to be in. Love shopping here.
