   Just started working at the University and been here a few times. The last time I went a staff member served out of turn. I had been waiting 10mins at the till and someone cut in front of me and she served them first. The other customer apologised but she didn't (just stared at me), not even a smile from her or basic manner when she did eventually serve me. I let it go. Today however that same staff member has over charged me (for an 'in' drink instead of takeaway) no manner again and I feel I have to review negatively for this. I hope Caffe Nero see this and retraining is considered.

   Caffè Nero has officially taken the crown as my new favorite coffee shop. Warm, relaxed, and inviting atmosphere aside, what made this visit truly memorable was the amazing service I received form the short red-haired barista behind the counter. She was simply wonderful. From the moment I stepped in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and warmth that made me feel so welcomed. It was like I was a regular even though it was my first time there. You could tell she really cared about her job double-checking everything and ensuring that my coffee was just right, and even asking how my day was going in a way that felt like she actually cared instead of it just being something she had to say to customers. The coffee itself was great and clearly made with a lot of love and care but honestly her energy and vibe is what turned it from "just grabbing a coffee" into something special. She created this welcoming vibe where everyone felt at ease; chatting kindly with customers, remembering little details about their orders, keeping the space friendly and comfortable. I will definitely be back not just for great coffee but for the wonderful service I experienced from the barista. Caffè Nero is really lucky to have her.

   When I used to go here about a year ago, it was really nice. This time I Ordered a mango spritz. Lady serving refused to mixed my drink and gave me a straw to do so… like isn’t that the baristas job? There was only one other customer?? The drink was really mediocre just tasted like a really cheap rubicon. Lack of care given from staff

   Typical pricey cafe, still better than Pret. My first experience of this Nero involved my order being mixed up with others. The staff member called out my order for a toasted sandwich, I picked it up and looked inside to find it wasn't mine and when I let her know about it, she looked at me as if to say "well why'd you pick it up then"....... Ermm because you called it as mine? Still, it's very useful as I'm in the Arts building a lot, and hopefully this is a one time experience.
