   We recently visited The Bradgate Arms in Cropston and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious — but what really stood out was the outstanding service. Katelyn and Toby specifically were friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure we had a great time. From quick drink refills to thoughtful recommendations, the service was flawless throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a pub with great food and exceptional hospitality, The Bradgate Arms is definitely worth a visit!

   Nice warm pub, good atmosphere, beer was excellent. Only complaint, not much of a greeting from the lady serving, just a YES?……it would have been nice to have a cheery welcome and more of “ what can I get for you lads?” That sort of welcome, rather than a feeling of interrupting something she was doing! .the pub was not massively busy either, mid- afternoon.

   Had a lovely lunch at bradgate arms today service was fast aswel as food arriving at the table. Food was delicious I had the steak and my grandparents had the scampi which we all really enjoyed. Atmosphere was good was quite busy when we arrived and then got a little quieter. We will definitely be back.

   Popped in for lunch with the wife after work... club sandwich chips with a side of onion ring is what we both ordered and wasn't disappointed it was very nice. We both love the place as we always get great service a nice warm welcome.

   As a family of 6 we had Christmas dinner at the Bradgate Arms, Cropston today. We were greeted very warmly by the staff who were all attentive and cheery throughout the meal, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was just outstanding, served promptly and efficiently. We were very impressed all round, it was excellent value for money and will certainly be back. Thank you!

   Warm friendly welcome given by all staff, great pint of Courage Directors ale. Mack our dog was pleased to see everyone and was given some treats. He will be coming again. We will also be coming back as there is plenty on offer from their varied evening meal deals.

   Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere in this delightful village pub. We took advantage of the Thursday night steak offer, which included two pints of Directors for £9.95 each. Superbly presented meal…tasty steak, great chips and sides. Excellent value for money and no complaints at all. They also have great theme nights the next one being Hallowe’en and they go all out to create the perfect atmosphere. We will definitely be returning.

   Brilliant little pub - service was good, but not a wide range of drinks of tap. I didn't spot any draught cider on, so I opted for a lager instead. Lovely decor indoors. There was a sign outdoors saying no food was being served that day which would be disappointing if we wanted some but not a big deal. Would happily visit again.
