   Staff were very friendly,service was prompt and Sunday roast was very tasty,I had beef,my wife had the pork and my daughter the chicken,all eaten nothing remained on the plates,on top of that roast vegetables were out of this world,will definitely be back

   Nice comfortable place. Recently re-decorated with a fresh look. There's a secret enclosed sun trapped garden with plenty of seating. Friendly and helpful staff. A good selection of guest ales, gins and spirits. Food served 12-3 and 6-10 Fridays and Saturdays. Burgers, Hot roast cobs, chips etc. Menu on the tables. As from Sun 6th February 2022, you can get a full roast dinner on a Sunday

   Staff are always friendly and do not mind if you're not a member. Great selection of ales and other drinks on hand. We loved the beer garden, especially how they had painted the wooden furniture in bright colours.
