Great staff and coffee with the exception of the manager.. Moody, miserable and downright rude...has never heard of good manners like a simple please or thank you.... Such a shame as the rest of the lovely staff are always great....

Not too bad but it was clearly a day short of staff as the wait to get drinks was shocking. Staff were friendly though and tried to make it easier. Food is standard Nero stuff.
Always lovely staff, good location and best of all dog friendly! Always clean and tidy as well...unlike other chain coffee places nearby.
Nice coffee shop and staff always friendly even at busy times. Able to bring your dogs inside which is a nice touch but good seating area available outside as well.
The Nero café donut Spiti was absolutely amazing. The coffee decaffeinated was really very strong and very nice. Then a bacon sandwich which was so tasty was unbelievable. The decor in the place is really great. The staff are very friendly and welcoming would recommend it to anyone.
Visited Caffè Nero, Newport Retail Park today and was totally disappointed. The tables were dirty and weren’t being cleaned quick enough. Only 2 members of staff making drinks ( training in customer service, or a smile at the very least wouldn’t go a miss). Not very welcoming or inviting place at all. Won’t be going back
