Really nice atmosphere in a place that is bigger than it initially looks! Nice food and big portions in a very chilled place to get a coffee or a meal.
We stopped for a quick coffee and ended up having a delicious meal :) Staff was really friendly and welcoming with us. Will be back soon and I highly recommend you the place.
Cheap and nasty. Came here with my partner for breakfast. The aesthetic of the place was nice and we thought the food would have had similar attention to detail. Sadly not. The sausage is extremely low meat content and are deep fried which indicates they come in frozen. The bacon is equally awful, it appears boiled though is most likely fried. Cheap bacon pumped with water will not crisp and is simply greasy and salty. The price here is similar if not more expensive than central cardiff cafes and restaurants, so there is no excuse to not to use better quality ingredients. I won’t be back.
40 minute wait for egg and avocado is pretty astonishing, with the side of salad being a couple leaves and a single cut up tomato. The menu was really limited with nothing particularly exciting, but friendly enough staff. Looking at other reviews it appears it's been recently taken over by new management who appears to have heavily reduced standards and options, really disappointing.
Excellent breakfast, very abundant. It seems that the place has changed owners but I think they are doing things well, I felt very comfortable with the remodeling and the new style of food they serve, I think there is no other place like it in Cardiff
the place is very warm and is very well attended. They don't skimp on the food and it's delicious!! The coffee is top notch... My congratulations to its owners who show the love and dedication they put into it every day. Recommended 100% !!!
I can't give this place enough stars for their amazing food. This is the best veggie full English breakfast I've had. The amounts were very generous and the taste was just perfect. When it started raining they gave us an umbrella (not that useful) but still resourceful. Lovely vibe and staff as well!
Other than having to sit under a regular umbrella wedged in the table outside my visit was immensely pleasant, brilliant oat milk latte's which can be difficult (as a vegan bartender I know the struggle) but also the tofu scramble was amazing, though I struggled to eat it all I was thoroughly impressed. I still have them 5 stars because personally I don't find things like the umbrella situation a problem, I honestly enjoy going out my comfort zone and it offered quite a bit of charm to my time here!
