   Layout is very open which makes it very noisy and can hardly hear when someone is talking when it's busy. Also very disappointed with the lack of vegan food options.

   Not as busy as expected on a bank holiday visit. Quick service in a clean restaurant area. Plenty of parking nearby too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming to all the customers. A nice place to visit, especially if you're doing around the retail park.

   First time visiting this outlet as my usual Costa was closed for maintenance. Great little place, clean and bright. Served very quickly and the cake and coffee were lovely.

   I came in for a quick take out drink for myself and my partner. My partner and I both ordered hot chocolates. The milk was burnt and ruined the taste of our drinks. The last time I had a hot chocolate so bad was when I was a 8 and tried to make it myself in the microwave. Had we been drinking in I would have returned them. The service was fast but I have a sneaking suspicion the speed might come down to reheating milk which is a big no-no.

   Hot chocolate was luke warm just, the staff we like robots no interaction with the customers. Carrot cake got them 3 stars and I would give service -1 if that was possible will not be going there again. There tablets and floor could also do with a good clean as sticky and dirty. The other costa in pentwyn is so much more nicer staff are friendly and chatty drinks are always lovely and hot, food nice and hot, tables cleaned regularly they really could teach the others how to be successful.

   A good Costa Coffee shop. Plenty of seating inside. Good service and a good coffee made. Always stocked with food. Our regular stop off of shopping in the busy retail park area it is situated on.

   My local Costas, staff are always good and polite. It’s a great location in Cardiff Gate and perfect for meeting friends for a catch up. Baristas are good and coffee art has always been very nice (the baristas at least makes an effort). Seating area is cosy and if you need WiFi, it’s surprisingly fast and reliable here.
