   Popped into Starbucks for a coffee having started my work shift early. 2 of the girls were really chatty (red and blonde hair) however the other person on shift made me feel quite uncomfortable and didn’t look arsed at all. 10/10 effort from the other two girls.

   First time at this branch. I asked for two small caramel macchiatos. But they made me two medium sized drinks, which is what they probably charged me too. Didn’t even verify the sizes if they couldn’t hear me. Confused how small meant medium to them. In addition drink was not it. Just too milky even with the extra shot I asked for. Poor customer service and poor drink quality.

   I come here very often and I have to say over the last 2 months it’s gotten extremely poor, The service is extremely slow and prices have risen as we all know ! But when a certain beverage is on the board for £3 and then they charge you £3.05 and they say it’s for the paper cup then I think it should be £3.05 on the board but it’s not just this Starbucks it’s all of them ! The place is always extremely dirty and the one bin is always over flowing hence I don’t sit inside ! The selection of Vegan and non Dairy products is something that is non existent! Which is extremely poor these days ! SO VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ THE ONLY GOOD ONE THERE IS A PETITE RED HAIRD GIRL WHOM IS ACTUALLY FANTASTIC WITH HER SERVICE !
