   Very upset with the way they treated me and my family , we drove 15 minutes to get a hot chocolate and tried opening the door however it was locked. Eventhiugh it clearly states on the door that it closes at 6pm and it was 4:30pm. Then we saw 2 workers inside and they made eye contact with us a few times but never told us that the drive through is open they just completely ignored us like we weren’t there but they did see us. They could have just come to the door or done actions to tell us that the drive through is open. They were very racist as we were wearing the hijab (head covering) and face veil and completely ignored us but when we sat back in the car and saw others go to the door in which they straight away done hand actions to tell them to go through the drive through. Then we drove through the drive through because we saw other cars go through and the lady was very rude to us after we told them about our experience and instead of apologising due to the fact that it could’ve been a mistake she just said in a rude manner ‘we are busy’

   Got a decaf mocha at the drive through, recived it in two cups as it had over filled the first one, the milk was burnt and the the coffee was very watery. I couldn't taste the coffee or the chocolate at all, this is the first time I've had to throw away a full coffee.

   The staff where amazing and dealt with any customer needs or queries. However, the shops interior seemed like it needed a revamp/re positioning of furniture as it felt very uninviting and rather unkempt compared to most Costa Shops/Drive thrus.

   I recently stopped at the Costa Coffee Drive-Thru and was impressed with the quality of the coffee and service. The barista was friendly and efficient, and the coffee was freshly brewed and delicious. I'll definitely be returning to Costa for my caffeine fix.

   This place is getting worse by the day. Long ques, young staff with no clue and no manners. Everytime I come here I have always got to ask for my own spoon and knife with napkins because it's never provided. Get some good staff that know what their doing!

   Not a bad setup and plenty of parking for a dine in, it being situated in the main retail park carpark. Unfortunately my first dine in experience found cleanliness somewhat lacking (to say the least). Floors clearly unswept for what looked as if could have been all day (my visit mid afternoon) - unless there had been some sort of raucous party just before my arrival - and tables seemingly not wiped after eventual clearing. With less than 50% of tables occupied it was plain to see that multiple customers had been and gone without any table clearing let alone cleaning. Coffee as expected from Costa; pretty good, so no complaints there (actually hotter than normal which some may not like but for me it's a good thing as the drink lasts longer). So just three stars from me for now, but perhaps it was just unfortunate timing... will review after my next visit (might be a while tho...).

   Its the second time I have been here and this has happened. Ordered a hot drink with a vanilla shot, they forgot the shot, asked for it in a takeaway cup for drinking after I ate my food and well most of it was missing as you can see in the pic, top the lot you cannot taste any coffee... How??? Something dodgy going on here. And again, had hot food and the forgot the sauce. Shall pop to bucks going forward, its as close. The store in the center of town does it much better.
