   Oh, the efficiency! I ordered ahead on the app—because, you know, modern convenience—and was handed my drink like a VIP… minus the porridge I actually paid for. Apparently, it was out of stock, but no one thought to mention that minor detail until someone else finally stopped pretending to microwave thin air and offered me an alternative. This isn’t my first rodeo here either. The service? A masterclass in slow motion. The staff? A captivating performance of “People Standing Around Looking Confused,” starring employees who seem genuinely baffled by the concept of customer service. Bravo, truly.

   Stopped in at the Culverhouse Cross Starbucks and got great, quick service. My vanilla latte was smooth, perfectly hot, and nicely balanced — a little sweet but pulled back by the clean bitterness of the signature roast. The barista who served me was full of energy and made the visit feel upbeat even though I was in and out in under five minutes.

   Over priced, service was decent, wait wasn’t too long and staff polite: but I find that all Starbucks are FREEZING. I had to get my coat to sit in, but couldn’t stay long at all. Not a comfortable environment at all.

   Server lady behind the desk was really nice and polite and gave great service! The lady also making the drinks, I believe her name was Delia, made an amazing drink with tons of caramel drizzle, exactly how I like it!

   Lovely chain of Starbucks near culver house cross. I visited around closing time after placing an online order. Staff were friendly, toilets were clean and there was ample seating space.

   A Starbucks pretty much does what it says on the tin. Nice coffee, comfy seats and a handy place to meet up. Managers could improve the service experience by not expecting their staff to be making your choice whilst taking orders from the takeaway queue. This makes it very difficult to check the order or even say a simple hello to your server..

   Quite possible the rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure of being served by. I'm sure the franchise owners would be thrilled to see how your representating Starbucks. The lady with blonde hair looked familiar, I'm sure have driven past her on the magic roundabout.
