Went along to see Jane Williams band and was reminded what a wonderful traditional pub this is. The range of real ale is brilliant. Tucked away in some streets it's hidden gem. It is easy enough to find a bus that goes nearby.
After the many changes of management over the years, this is the best it has been. Great welcome, really good xmas meal and we love the quiz night. A good pub for locals and visitors from afar.
Absolutely cracking Sunday Roast. Wonderful, friendly service. Good portions and extra gravy without asking! We will be back!
We attended a wedding reception for a big group. The staff could not do enough to help us all have a great day! They were very quick to serve all guests and helped out at all times. The garden was a great space and well used by the guests. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Albany for any occasion. Thank you so much!
Great local pub. New landlord and staff are fantastic!! Clean, fresh beer, changes being made consistently. Bands now being booked bringing great community spirit also. Night and day difference, well done all!!

The Albany has always been a good old fashioned local pub which, over the past few weeks, has been even better under the new landlord. There is a pleasant atmosphere, excellent service and consistently good beer! A great place to meet and have a chat with friends over a drink or two. Keep up the good work.
