Had a suspension issue, team fitted me in next day and sorted the problem within the day, car feels 100% better. Advised on some other issues and will be getting it serviced there in the new year. Normally use the BMW garage but after multiple issues I shall be using Volks for all work! Cheers
Found this place as was looking for a decent independent VW specialist. Robert and his team were great, professional and friendly! Definitely recommend if you’re in need of a great VAG specialist. I’ve been using Volks in Coventry for many years and they’ve always been transparent, reliable and efficient with servicing and repairing my car. What really stands out is their honesty and customer service. On my most recent visit, there was a small issue after the initial repair, but as soon as I went back, Rob sorted it the very same day at no cost. He was open about what had been missed, put it right straight away, filled the oil and wouldn’t even accept payment. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way Volks dealt with it shows the level of integrity and care they have for their customers. My car is running perfectly again and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Broke down a long way from home and went cap in hand to Volks. They managed to squeeze me in even though they were stacked. They replaced my alternator and I was on my way, very grateful to Rob and the lads for sorting me out. Highly recommended.
