Brilliant and caring. Just had a cleaning with 2 absolutely wonderful ladies (Jo and Leona) who kept my mind off my anxiety by keeping the chat going and being very gentle. Went a long way in changing my mind about things. Nisha is a fantastic dentist (even with negligent patients like me lol) and I trust her. Reception are always lovely, especially Jo who has been one of my favourite people even going back to her Boots days which is where I first met her. Absolutely recommend!
Very impressed with this practice, from the two friendly ladies on reception who make you feel at ease and relaxed . Nisha the dental surgeon is amazing such a nice lady and from the start I knew I was in good hands also thanks to Sarah .i walked away with a smile on my face , thank you all
Hannah was absolutely amazing!! I was in a lot of pain with my tooth and she took it out for me the next day. I’m now pain free and on the mend. She is so caring and puts you at ease. I would definitely recommend for you to see Hannah especially if you’re not a fan of the dentist.
As always the team at Watermead Dental were outstanding. My family have been with WD for many years and have never remotely considered moving. Thanks for making a visit to the dentist as good as it’s possible to be!
My 12 year old son came in for extractions of baby teeth to make way for adult teeth(needs a brace) Nisha and Sarah were extremely kind and caring towards my son. He felt at ease that much he didn’t flinch when having injections!! Put us adults to shame lol. Thanks to all staff there x
Ms Butters is a top rate dentist and Mandy the hygienist is very very good. But the Indian woman on the ground floor tried to rip me off for 2 fillings I "needed" after giving me an unnecessary x-ray, well that was over 5 years ago and they have never needed a filling! So that means you are a con artist not a dentist, heard the same about her off 2 other people too, so beware if you get seen by her.
I have not had good experiences in my younger years but this was completely different. The staff were very friendly and I felt relaxed. The dentist was great, put me at ease and explained everything. If only my previous experiences had been like this. I can definitely recommend them
The first time I have been to the dentist for a while - really friendly and welcoming staff. The dentist I saw was really good at explaining what she was doing. I definitely will keep coming back to this practice!
